The Dailyflats Sagrada Familia Complex is situated in a very quiet but central area, just a five minutes’ walk away from the world famous “Sagrada Familia” cathedral, designed by Antonio Gaudi, one of the world’s most acclaimed architects as well as the Hospital de Sant Pau, another historical landmark and the lovely neighbourhood of Gracia with its busy nightlife.
These groups of apartments are located in 2 different buildings close to each other.
There are different categories of apartments in the complex, with 1 to 4 bedrooms, capable acommodating up to 9 people depending on the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet location, perfect for families. When we first arrived at their office, we were greeted with Julia who definitely did not seem happy to assist us. Her attitude was just poor with a low level of customer service. Luckily we eventually dealt with Dante who was a pleasure and very helpful. Why my experience is average? Besides the fact that wifi reception is horrid, we got stuck in the elevator (our own fault, I will admit), the worst part is the electric panel. The first night we got there, the electricity went out and it was discovered that it was fixable by just switching it on on the switch panel. The following morning when we all took showers, 2 of the five us took ice cold showers because the water heater didn't work. Our last night it was discovered that the electricity went out again!! Not cool and then that same evening we discovered that the water heater kept shutting the electricity off because of the power. When we contacted management about this, they seemed not to be surprised so I'm sure it's not the first time its happend. The apartment was beautiful but what's the point of being in a beautiful apartment if the electricity is out or you have no hot water. Lesson learned??? Ask specific questions when you get there?? Is there an electrical issue? Wifi connection fast? Does the aC work? don't be afraid to ask. I sure wasn't after that stay.

When visiting a wonderful city, you always want your lodging to get out of the way, meaning not having to worry about various problems. This flat was very comfortable and had all the amenities it described. My only gripe about it was how slow the wifi Internet was, otherwise it would be perfect.

Stay was overall good except the beds were too soft and some of the Ikea furniture or walls need to be repaired or painted. Also rooms should be clean more thoroughly especially if it is not occupied for too long a period. it was a little dusty.

Sehr schöner apparment, es gibt drei großzügige Zimmer, das Doppelbett ist riesig, die Einzelbetten sind sehr bequem, über Schlafsofa kann ich nicht berichten. Alles im appartmen ist bequem gemacht, schöne Küche, sehr viele nützliche Kleinigkeiten dabei. Alles war sehr sauber. Appartment hat zwei Balkonen! Einen aufzug gibt es auch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lidl + Obst /Gemüse Geschäfte gibt es in 5 min - Nähe. Ich würde abschließend sagen, Appartment ist seinem relativ hohem Mietpreis - absolut wert. Die ganze formale abwicklung ist auch absolut umproblematisch, und man fühlt sich sicher, das nichts schief läuft wenn man ankommt. Man hat halt nicht mit irgendwelchen Privatvermieter zu tun, sondern mit einem vernünftigen Immobilienunternehmen.

Clean nice appartment; we only spend one night here, its more suitable for a week or so. It took us some time to check in since the office is elsewhere and we had to pay a deposit which is understandable if you are staying longer but too much trouble for a single night!

El piso era muy bonito. Me gusto mucho la decoraciĂłn. Pero me disgusto que los platos,los vasos y los cubiertos estuvieran sucios cuando llegue. Los colchones me gustaron mucho pero uno de ellos (cama individual) se encontraba en mal estado.
La tv era buena pero estaba mal sintonizada, no tenia todos los canales en abierto españoles. -

My parents and I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the city and apartment. It is a modern apartment on the first floor (second floor if you're american). There is an elevator. It is in a more residential neighborhood with a grocery store right across the road. The nearest metro station was about a 5 minute walk away and from there you could get to all the main tourist areas. We liked being away from all the hustle and bustle. Having said that, it's still a busy area so expect to hear the sounds of the city. We loved having a terrace to sit out on and watch the world go by. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for the 3 of us to cook, eat and relax. We had to check in at the office a few minutes walk away. The only negative was that we reported a couple of minor things not working and these did not get repaired during our stay. Also, some of the kitchenware was missing or in need of replacement. As there were only 3 of us, we managed fine but if there had been more of us, we would have been short of a couple of items.

Be aware that they charge extra to give you the keys after 9:30PM arrival. Location was dirty. Tv was not working. Washer was slow and no dryer. You have to throw your own trash away. No Wifi as advertised.

The entire stay was very pleasant, and we were happy to have booked with DailyFlats. The only thing that would have made it ideal would have been perhaps the inclusion of a few small items such as additional toilet paper and dishwashing detergent, since these items must be bought in quantities that are small for the company but wasteful for the client to purchase when the intended stay is one or two nights.

Appartement climatisé très spacieux, moderne et propre situé à quelques minutes de marche de la Segrada Famlilia et à 5 minutes du métro. Lits confortables et cuisine très bien équipée. Épicerie située juste de l'autre côté de la rue: très pratique. Quartier très calme et sécuritaire. Laveuse à linge dans l'appartement.Je n'hésiterais pas à y séjourner à nouveau et à le recommander à mes amis.

The girl who attended to our check-in is very nice, she even introduced most of the attractive places in Barcelon to us.
Location is good, near supermarket and MRT about 10 minutes walking time and fruit shop is just cross the road.
The only regreatful thing is our TV was not fixed during our 7 days stay. -

we had a great stay at the apartment. it was clean and comfortable for the 3 weeks we stayed in it. when we arrived the service was excellent, and they were very accommodating. it was very roomy and well ventilated. the facilities were quite new. however, there was a problem with the bathroom. the ceiling leaked every time the above apartment used their bathroom, and it wasn't fixed while we were there. other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

It was the first trip to Barcelona. The weather was magnificent, a great place to stay (just to point out the dishes from the kitchen was saved without being washed). The apartment was well air-conditioned.
The city is very beautiful with great places to visit. The time is that it was little.

Para nosotros resultó muy buena opción, el depa estaba nuevo, bien equipado, limpio, cerca de dos estaciones de Metro lo que nos facilitaba el traslado para los distintos recorridos. La zona cuenta con todos los servicios, súper, cafés, restaurantes, estacionamientos, bancos, etc. Es para repetir.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au Dailyflat Sagrada Familia. Excellent rapport qualité prix et situation géographique idéale proche du métro Joanic! L'appartement est agréablement meublé et équipé. Nous avons réservé en dernière minute et craignions une mauvaise surprise mais nous avons été ravis à tous les niveaux!

Nice stay. I liked the area although a little far from the city center its a good district. Distance to city tourist spots was not a problem as underground very convenient and cheap. Would have been good to have had some English speaking channels on the TV but not a big issue as took some DVD movies with us. Couple of downsides - entrance lobby smelly. Had to ask for DVD player to be replaced as broken. Beds not very comfortable and whats with the plastic under-sheets - maybe some of their guests are incontinent? easy enough to remove though. Also... my own fault - left my PDa in a drawer in the apartment and although contacted them twice never got a response!! so communication very poor. This apartment is supposed to take 6 - only if they are all midgets,. We had 3 in our party and it was big enough for us (though we though it was quite small) - but 6 would be far too many for this apartment.

We were very pleased with the apartment we had. Location is quite good, several grossery shops, little supermarkets and several restorations and tapas bars are in a very close proximity. That was very convenient especially since they work until quite late in the evening. Apartment itself was clean and contains all necessary staff for a comfortable stay. Metro station Joanic is not very far (5-10 min by walk). Agency office quite is close to the apartments. People from the agency were helpful and professional.

Nice apartments not in the direct center of Barcelona but close to a metro station. People at the offices were very kind and the apartment was freed up before the check-in time. apartment was neat, with all needed equipment in good order. two separate bed rooms , well equipped bathroom - Good place to stay

This apartment was very nice and clean and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. The only remark I have is that our TV wasn't working and I mentioned that to Dailyflats and they promised that they would come by and fix it but that never happened. It didn't bother us that much because we weren't planning on watching TV during our stay there but we were expecting it to be fixed because that's what they said. Other than that, the service was good.

I complained on arrival about the non functioning front terrace sliding door lock but no action undertaken during our 3 nights stay.

the apartment is very clean, and it's well-equipped, u can find everything inside the apartment, it makes u fell like at home.The location is also good,there are many good restaurants nearby.

Brand new flat, well equipped with all required appliance -including large flat tv screen- and furniture, and offering a very appreciated living space with 2 double bedrooms and a living room. It is located slightly remote of old city center (within walking distance though) and it is thus rather quiet after a busy touring day. A really first choice for a family of five staying a couple of days or more in Barcelona!

check in vicino all'appartamento, personale cordiale, ottimi suggerimenti ed indicazioni.
Appartamento pulito, in zona davvero tranquilla e ben attrezzato (manca solo la Moka per il caffè).
Alimentari sotto casa o il Lidl poco lontano in direzione Sagrada.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie e coppie spazioso e confortevole(parquet in tutta la casa ) pulito e con tutti gli elettrodomestici compreso ferro da siro e asse.Vicino alla metro.

Great appartment, excellent service, amazing staff (Jesus is the man!)
Convenient location close to Sagrada familia, super-markets, fast foods, bars, restaurants and two metro stations within 500meters distance.
Overall great value for price. -

Los apartamentos están estupendamente, muy bien situados. Todo perfecto, no tengo ninguna queja, con plancha, secador, horno y microondas... perfectamente equipado. El sofá cama muy cómodo y amplio.

It was comfortable like my own home. It was very clean and nice designed. In addition, the internet connection was perfect. They would put a sound system to listen music, it would be very nice. The location was so so. It was not so central but in anycase it was close to the metro station and sagrada familia as well.

The flat is good and clean, in the neighbourhood we have all food shops, the subway station also, the town was beautiful, the weather also.
In short, the visit was beautiful.
