Paseo de Gracia era la arteria principal de aquel nuevo Eixample (Ensanche) que nacía a partir de 1860, cuando se derribaron las murallas que ahogaban la antigua Barcelona. Siguiendo el plan Cerdà, el barrio se construyó con el dinero de las familias acomodadas de Barcelona. Appartement bien situé, à proximité de la plupart des monuments, que ce soit à pied ou en métro. Pour notre part, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied.
Bien équipé (même si les poêles ont vécu et seraient à changer!)
Personne qui nous a reçu pour le check-in très agréable et qui nous a bien conseillé notamment en matière de transport. -

The flat is perfect, 20 min to the beach, near metro, supermacket ...but we have to walk a bit. The air conditionner is an hapiness. 6 persons can sleep, the flat is proper and modern.
The woman who takes care of the reservation is unfriendly, she just wants to have the money and after bye bye... -

appena arrivati a barcellona ci siamo diretti all'ufficio per prendere le chiavi, la nostra referente lina è stato molto cordiali ma a mio parere un po eccentrica. Gli parlavamo in inglese e rispondeva in spagnolo cmq tutto ok. L'appartamento si trova vicino la stazione L1 Marina e dalla strada principale si puo osservare la sagrada familia. Il condomio in cui si trova è tranquillo e silenzioso, l'ascensore piu 3 persone non porta...la casa non è realmente al 4.piano ma al sesto, questo perchè ci sono 2 piani denominati E eP prima del primo piano. L'interno dell'appartamento è come da descrizione c'è tutto e in ottimo stato. Un consiglio è quelli di non usare per nulla al mondo il pentolame, bicchieri e piatti in dotazione...fanno veramente pena! Cmq li a 2 passi c'è il supermercato mercadona! La casa è abbastanza pulita ma specialmente in estate vi si trovano ogni tanto quelle.maledettissime formichine piccole che passeggiano in solitaria per casa! Non credo che la.donna delle pulizie si meriti le 50euro fisse che chiedono..

Quiet neighborhood with a big supermarket and internet cafe nearby. Apartment is cozy and has good amounts of light.

The flat is situated in a calme and peaceful destrict not too far from down town. Still some street noise is audible but this is probaly not unusual in such a town. The nighbours were quiet all the time.
The kitchen is well equiped.
The mattress are ok. The overall cleanness is average and the couch is a little grubby but still OK.
We found usefull to have a washing machine on place and a supermarked close by. -

Appartement correspondant au descriptif. Proches toutes comodites. Le seul inconvénient : devoir aller chercher les clés de l appartement a l autre bout de la ville (a cote de sants) alors que l appart est a cote de marina a 22h et passer quelques coups de fil depuis un portable français vers un portable espagnol. Sinon tout est ok. Linge fourni. Beaucoup de serviettes de bain, torchons, placards cuisine avec produits d entretien,sel,huile,.. On a l impression d emprunter l appartement de copains.

We stayed for five nights on a city trip with the children (their first). Very comfortable, enough bedrooms, TV to watch Barcelona - Real Madrid, kitchen to cook simple meals, grocery and bakery across the street. 20 min walk from the old town and Sagrada Familia.
