Bonjour,
Nous étions contents de l'accueil à l'agence, de l'emplacement de l'appartement qui est situé près du métro, tramway et bus mais hélas très très bruyant à cause de la voie express et en face de l'immeuble des grands travaux de construction, nous avions pris le petit-déjeuner qu'une seule fois sur le balcon. Le ménage était mal fait car sur les deux lits d'une personne il y avait des cheveux sur les draps et la poussière sur les meubles (je pense que le locataire précédent a dû payer comme nous 70 euros obligatoire pour le ménage !). La cuisine était belle mais l'équipement très pauvre, une marmite, une petite casserole, un seul saladier, il manquait également des ustensiles. Le salon est décousu de part et d'autre. Bref, nous étions déçus des prestations pour le prix.

The apartment was amazing and everything we wanted! Very modern and contemporary decor and the showers were so powerful! Diagonal mar was to the far left of barcelona but obviously a brand new and up and coming area of the city. There was a taxi rank down the round and a massive shopping mall which was great.
The rental service was not so great. The fact we had to get from the airport to the town centre train station and then to find the office to pay and get the keys from was abit of a joke. Walking around like lost puppies while a spanish woman on the phone tried to explain where the office was. Ridiculous. We must have walked out and round the station for half an hour with all our baggage and suitcases. Once at the office she was quite helpful. But then we had to get from the office and onto the apartment.
Would be much easier if they met us at the apartment with the keys etc as taxi drivers also struggled to find the apartment throughout the holiday. None of them know where anything is in barcelona!! Then at the end of the holiday we were expected to go back to the office on our way to the airport to drop the keys off. Ridiculous. Luckily we stayed in the apartment a little late and the cleaner turned up so we just handed the keys to her. Why couldnt we do this in the first place?
Apart from the rentals office, the apartment was amazing and very reasonably priced. Oh yes and the pool never gets sun so it was always freezing and not very welcoming :-) -

We leased the apartment for two weeks.
Location and furniture was good. Needs maintenance and cleaning. Equipment could also improved (kitchen appliances, no internet, very basic TV).
Heating system was malfunctioning in deep winter same as dryer.

I rented this flat to attend a conference at the Icbb Forum
Positive aspects:
- Great location for Icbb/Forum
- 10 minute walk to beach
- Pool (but weather wasn't on my side to make use of it)
- Near the metro station
- Good size apartment, clean and well maintained (everything worked)
Suggestions for improvement:
- No address provided for the agent where keys were to be collected from making it difficult to find
- Some basic supplies (tea/coffee etc) would of made an "average" experience into an "outstanding" one
- Shower was leaking quite badly (reported to agents on check-out who appeared keen to fix)
- Bedding was quite poor (couple of old duvets and sleeping bags thrown in a wardrobe) making me think how many time it had been used since it had been washed!
- Price changes per-person, which makes no sense as the apartment is either rented or available, the number of people staying should make no difference to the price

Very nice apartament in a great location. The only negative part of our holiday was a check-in when we had to wait for 1,5 hours with our 1 year old daughter on the street at 11 pm and finaly when we arrived into our apartament we found out that a cot which we had reserved for our daughter wasnt there and we had to wait until 2 am to get it.

Team was very nice, pleasant and responsive. I had to take the keys at the office not really close to the appartment and pay the whole amount without seeing the flat but after all it was a very nice place to stay and I have no regret. I thank you for your professionalism. Seb

Appartement très bien situé à côté d'un centre commercial, en face du tram et à proximité du métro. Parking en sous-sol.
La propreté est à revoir, beaucoup de poussière (éviter le tapis dans la salle à manger).
Descriptif cuisine faux : pas de lave-vaisselle.
Convient parfaitement pour un couple avec deux enfants.
Pas de bruit car les chambres sont sur l'arrière du bâtiment. -

La localizaci?n inmejorable.
El apartamento es bastante amplio y agradable pero en general le fall? la limpieza. La cocina grande pero no muy bien equipada. No tiene lavavajillas.

Perfect appartement if you need some space. It is a bit far away, but if you don't mind taking the tram or metro or cap, it is perfect.

Nice building. Very poor service from the rental company, had to wait several hourers over the agreed meeting time. The person we where suppose to talk to did not answer his phone, at last we reached someone from the company.The Person who finnaly greeted us, did not speak any english, was drunk, and the whole experience was in fact frightning. Guest bed/Childrens bed was very poor. The app. itself was nice. Location was good.

The apartment was ok, although not in a perfect condition. There was a problem with non-closing window in the bedroom. Contact person very helpful (but not in English :)
There was a buliding site in front of the vacation home, so it's worth checking if the view is still that beautiful.
Tube, trams, buses and shops in the neighbourhood.
