Parece muy lindo, pero la habitación pequeña no tiene ventana.
La entrada esDeprimente !!! Y estén muy atentos en el metro (Poble Sec) que roban muchísimo !!! A mi hija le robaron el móvil y cuando fuimos a la comisaria,encontramos 7 personas delante nuestro,robadas en esa línea. -

The appartment is nice and rather confortable.
It is welle situated, near from Montjuic and metro.
Two problems to underline:
- noise: neighbours kids run fast even late in the evening
- the water of the shower regularly becomes cold just after you succeed in finding the good temperature... Surprising the first time...
Otherwise, good place for the price. -

Accueil agréable explication claire et précise, dommage qu'il est fallu payer le solde en espèces alors que le contrat offrait la possibilité de régler par carte.

parking fermé et gardé à proximité possibilité de faire un contrat pour
une semaine pour la somme de 60€

The service was nice and unobstrusive.
The home its nice, the building it´s very old, but the apartemente has been renewed.
The location it´s perfect to visit the main areas of barcelona city.
I liked best the location and the living room, least the entrance of the building and the clothes of the beds.

Bel posto, comodo e tranquillo. La casa è bella come in foto, ci si muove facilmente per andare in centro. La consiglio a chi viaggia con amici e vuole vedere Barcellona in un paio di giorni.

appartamento carino,scaldabagno scassato ma ha detta del locatario, in sostituzione. ingresso e stabile fatiscente, anche se in fase di ristrutturazione, inquilino piano superiore rumoroso,nel complesso zona tranquilla, 5 minuti a piedi da fermata metr?, 15 min a piedi da ramblas. vari supermercatini aperti sino a tarda sera.

Generally we were very disapointed with this apartment. The level of furnishing and decoration reminded us of student accomodation. However the worst fault was the poor bathroom which looks good in the photo but is very poor. The hot water would only work if you left a tap on in the kitchen and the adjustment of temperature was virtually non existant meaning that you got scolded or frozen. The shower head was broken and there was no plug for the sink. These are obviously old faults as the agent didn't seem surprised when we pointed them out.
The kitchen is very poorly kitted out with not enough crockery, glasses and cutlery.
Overall we not recommend this apartment to anyone until a good make over is given.
