this place was very good and we enjoyed our stay there. its spotlessly clean and is situated in a nice neighbourhood. the location is perfect with a metro station and a mercadona supermarket right on its doorstep. there are many good inexpensive places to eat close by as well. it definately catered for all our needs and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

This studio is conveniently located opposite Hostafrancs Market and metro station. It is within walking distance to Plaça Espanya.
It is clean and situated in a safe street.
It is very well stocked in terms of linen and kitchen wares, including spice powders.
3 of us stayed in this studio and found it tight in space. So I think 2 people may be maximum for this cosy place.
Just a note for tall people, the ceiling beams can be quite low and overbearing. -

This is a small appartment with a mini-balcony and a small kitchen. It was just fine for 2 people, but I would not recommend it for 4. The location was nice: less then 500m from the subway/supermarket/local bar/... and in a quiet neighbourhood. The owner was very friendly and blankets, towels etc. were provided. I would definitely recommend this appartement for couples that do not want to spend too much on accomodation but want to have easy access to the city centre.

I stayed several times in this flat, the owners are very nice people (Lourdes, Francisco, Mari Carmen ...are a great staff!).
The apartment is small, definitely recommended for 2 or 3 people, also 4 adults (just a little tight!).
The cleaning is good and the flat is very equipped (kitchen, bathroom and entertainment).
Unfortunately the balcony view it is in building courtyard and do not have a street view, but this is marginal thing for the people that who will visit the city during the day!
The metro station is very close, less than 50 steps! ;)
It is really convenient to get around the city!

The place is realy good. very nice terrace and the equipment of the apartment is very good. Only problem might be for people who do not want to walk to the stairs, place is located very high, but its worth it. The owner is realy kind person prepared to help you any time. Recommended!
