We didn't really loved the place.. well, it is in the centre of Barcelona and this is great but it's a third floor small flat, no elevator and internet is not as good as it should be.
Then the place is cold and the only way to warm it is through a small and noisy radiator.
Another horrible thing is that the system still warms water though a water heater and when the hot one ends, all the other people gotta have a cold shower.
In the end, it hasn't been such a great experience. -

Very good service, no problems at arrival. Owner very nice.
The apartment partly renovated with very nice kitchen, bathroom and small bedroom.The rest of the apartment was old but with charm!
Location was very good took 15-20 minutes to walk to La Rambla. Supermarket 50 meters from apartment, bakery 20 meters, nice restaurang just outside the apartment. -

Our weekly stay in Barcelona was during the annual Mobile World Congress when over 6000 people need a place to sleep in the city. All hotels were full and we had to look for rental apartments. Found this apartment through Tripadvisor which was kind of comforting.
We called the manager from the airport on Sunday morning and he met us at the front of the apartment when we arrived. We asked if it was possible to rent an extra baby crib for our 8-month old girl. No problem at all. He lent us his private crib for free. Excellent service!
The rental price was below average during week of our stay. The entire Barcelona increases rental with 30%-40% during the mobile event in the end of February each year. -

In spite of a stress during the check-in because we wasn't advertize that people who rent this apartement have to be 21, we have enjoyed our journey in this apartement, which is clean, near of the Ramblas. The absence of elevator isn't very disturbing, excepting when you arrive inthe apartement with your luggages. A bus which is situated at 100 metters of the partement take you up to the beach. The price is good for the season.

We were very happy in the flat. The owner is very friendly.
the position of the flat is very good near a lot of shops/supermarket .
the tube is also very near.
