Nice clean apartment, cool neighbourhood with a lot of normal non tourist people. Close to la rambla and the big food market. Only minus: no balcony, but a french balcony which you can sit in front of and it was very very nice. Over all: a great visit. Very big bathroom and the kitchen is complete with utensils. Fresh towels and bed sheet. Thin walls so bring earplugs!:-)

Arrived on the Friday we were in the City at 10.30am so we were way to early to check in however we contacted Michel who arrived within ten minutes and gave us access to our apartmnent, it was still to be cleaned but we were very glad to get in all the same. Later that morning the cleaner came who was really lovely and showed us how to lock the door properly etc. I noted we were not provided with any washing up liquid or hand wash soap, so we had to buy those, there were plenty or other things that were provided for example tea bags and coffee etc. The apartment was located a good twenty mins walk to the Ramblas which we walked to on two-three occasions. I found some days the apt was a bit noisy, you could hear your neighbours TV or walking about overhead clearly. I also found it to be very warm and the apt could benefit from air conditioning. Would not recommend for anyone who could not manage stairs as there is a few to climb in a relatively narrow stairway. All in all though, good apt, plenty of space, good equipt kitchen. There was a shop on the same street and many cafe's and bars to choose from. Every day we would set off on foot and explore the City, we packed plenty in.I would recommend this apt and would stay again.

Owners are very kind and always ready to help you. Flat is very clean and spacious. We are satisfied by our stay.
Some small problems : No washing machine or dish washer in the flat. Neiborhood a little bit noisy (TV are always switched on and you hear it).
