This is a brilliant, three-bedroom Barcelona apartment, in a fantastic location, just off the grand Paseo de Gracia. Situated within walking distance from many of Barcelona s best sights, such as Gaudí s la Pedrera, this spacious apartment is close to the city center, and it is surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés.The apartment itself mixes a dark and light color scheme, has parquet flooring and comfortable furnishings. It can accommodate up to 7 people in total, perfect for a family or group of friends visiting Barcelona.The living room has a TV, double sofa bed and a dining table. There is also an Internet connection in... this lovely apartment, allowing you to stay in touch with friends and family at home.There is one double bed, a bunk bed (two single beds), and a single bed distributed throughout the three bedrooms.The fully equipped kitchen has all of the appliances and utensils you would need to prepare your home-cooked meals.The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, and all towels and linens will be provided for your stay.This apartment is not only very well-located, but it also has both heating and air-conditioning, making it ideal for your stay in Barcelona at any time of year.Please note: This apartment is only available to rent by adults over 25 years old and families. Eixample is Catalan for "extension", meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area. Eixample is now characterized by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets, and both commercial and residential districts. It is split into two parts, Eixample Izquierdo and Eixample Derecho, and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia , known for high fashion stores and trendy restaurants. The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal , which runs through the entire city and is considered the core of Barcelona's shopping district . Eixample Derecho is home to many architectural gems, including La Pedrera and the towering La Sagrada Família , known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, so if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you won't be disappointed.

  Change reservation !!! Warning very bad reservation

  Des l'arrivee nous avons du changer d'appartement parce que la reservation n'avez pas était prise en compte en totalité. Un appartement de 4 personnes alors que nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes !!!
  
  De plus aucun geste commercial n'a été fait en notre faveur.
  
  Le meilleur pour la fin, une caution de 300 € est prélevée en dabut de séjour, il ne voulait pas nous la rendre. Après des heures de négociations, la commerciale nous a sorti "comme par hasard" nos 300 euros en liquide !!!
  
  Une réservation a oubliée très vite !!! Passer votre chemin si vous voulez des vacances réussis !!!
