I spent 10 days in this apartment, and while is was not hassle-free, the support was excellent. The location is very convenient both on the ground floor and bing so close to main thoroufares. The kitchen could use some more/updated cooking supplies but the mattress was in great shape and the closet space ample.

- Appartment Chocolat fully renovated and overall very well equiped.
- Excellent location right in the heart of Barcelona. (Very close to all kind of restaurants, shopping areas, and some of the most interesting atractions of Barcelona).
- Very good access to Public Transportation (Metro, Bus).
- Friendly and very helpful staff by BCN appartment Rentals. Personal treatment and
- Appartment lies in an calm inner small street with almost no traffic noise.
As a summary, a very good option to stay in Barcelona as an alternative to hotels for couples or small families (2+1).
Only small "grey spot" ;) of our stay was the noise comming from a party in appartment upstairs ( saturday night). I understand that probably that was an occasional and not usual situation and also that the staff of BCN appartment rentals cannot do much to preview such things. Probably a conversation with the neighbours of the building would help to try to set some rules to avoid that again to happen in the future.
