Jardinets is a comfy apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms. The living room have a sofa bed for two people, sofa and armchair, plasma TV with 25 channels, stereo and wireless in all rooms. There's air conditioning and heating. It's a new building with lifts and electric blind. Our interior designers have given it a fresh and natural quality materials combined with modern elements. If you need a cot or high chair for kids, remember to let us know previously.

The apartment is located between three good neighbourhoods in Barcelona: Gràcia, Sant Gervasi and Eixample.
Gracia is a charming old neighbourhood, farmerly an independet town. Its bohemian squares full of people having drinks or ice creams in the pavement café are quite well known for the young and not so young people all over Europe.
The Eixample is the vast territory created for Cerdà to enlarge the city in the XIX, whose buildings are all nineteenth-century, from Gaudi, and other modernists architects. The Paseo de Gracia, the most representative promenade in the city, goes all the way down from Gracia to the old city of Barcelona, in a 20 minutes walk that will surely take you more than that. You won't be able to not to stop and admire every single building alonside.
You can also take the tube in Fontana, L3 green line (3 stops away from Catalunya Square).

Situati nel suggestivo quartiere di Gràcia, a 7 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni della metropolitana Fontana,ottima posizione per visitare la città. L'appartamento è ben rifinito. Tenete presente che non vi è una reception,noi avevamo preso preventiavamente accordi per la consegna delle chiavi.Il punto forte è sicuramente la libertà da vincoli come orari per la colazione ecc ecc. Dotato di tutti i servizi elencati nella descrizione,menzione particolare alla Wifi che aveva copertura ottima in tutta la struttura.

I stayed here as a group of 6 in the 3BR apartment. Everything went smoothly in terms of communication and response time, up until the time I booked and paid a deposit with BCN apartment rentals. After that it was very hard to get a response to any of my emails/questions. It was very frustrating and after some googling I found BCN apartment rentals was somehow affilitated with Urbanrentbarcelona whom I contacted to try and get a reponse. In the end it was a representative of Urbanrentbarcelona who had to answer my queries and who I would be meeting on the day to get the keys.
The apartment itself was very basic. They hadn't cleaned the apartment for our arrival thoroughly, so it was a bit dusty. We also asked them to change the towels every two days, which they didn't. The shower head in the main bedroom was loose and therefore fell off during the time I was there, the skirting in the kitchen also popped off at random times for no apparent reason. We requested a specific level which was promised to me, however on arrival it was a different level. When I emailed the representative about this during the stay, I got no response which was hardly a surprise.
The area - Gracia, itself was fantastic. Good location. The biggest let down was probably their customer service and communication - or lack of I should say. -

On the sonar weekend we stayed and it was a very good place. 2 showers and 3 toilets. Perfect for 5 people @ Sonar.

I booked Passeig de Gracia BCN months in advance for a trip to Barcelona. I reconfirmed the reservation two weeks before we were due to arrive. Four days before we were to arrive – and at the start of a four day holiday in Spain – BCN informed me that the apartment had been double-booked and that I would have to move. They offered a smaller, inferior apartment, further from the center. They could not confirm the price of the apartment or details about the rooms, claiming they had no access to that information as the office was closed for the holidays. We settled on the Jardinets as the best alternative, still with no price confirmation. I dealt with angel Guerrero throughout this fiasco and he was not particularly helpful or very responsive. When I arrived, without any notification, I was handed off to a different set of people managing the Jardinet apartments. They claimed to have no knowledge about the problems we had with BCN and angel.
The Jardinets was much smaller. It was dirty (superficially cleaned only), the wifi did not work, there was a broken window and bathroom door handle (which they did fix), and the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. The beds were very short and the quality of the finishings in the apartment was incredibly cheap. In addition, they had problems with their credit card machine and the apartment was not ready when I arrived. There was also almost no cellular reception at the building, even when we were not relying on their nonexistent wifi network. We were offered a small discount when we complained about our experience with BCN and the lack of wifi. We did like the location. As long as you don’t mind an extra five minute walk from Passeig de Gracia, the location was quieter (although still street noise at night) and less touristy.
I would never use BCN again. They were disorganized and unapologetic for mismanaging our reservation and downgrading us to an equally disorganized and poor alternative. -

The appartment is really beautiful!! Everything is new and is full equiped. It is quiet and well located, near the metro station and the centre of Barcelona. The quarter is also charming, with lovely shops, restaurants, etc...We will repeat for sure!!!

We stayed at this wonderful place for a week. The apartment is located in an ideal place really at the heart of residential luxury Barcelona but within a walking distance to all attractions. The metro station (Diagonal) is on the same block. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants are all around and there is really nothing that you cannot find around.
The view from the terrace was very nice.
We stayed with three kids and they all had fun!

Very modern apartment with excellent facilities. Great location, close to shops, bars and 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Short journey into the Centre of Barcelona to all the main sights.
We were met at check in and Rachel was extremely helpful and professional.

8 friends decided to visit Barcelona and chose these apartments. 2 people stayed in 1-bedroom apartment and 6 in 3-bedroom apartment-both on the same floor-had the second floor all to ourselves :)Check-in was on time, Mr.Angel very helpful,explained everything we needed and wanted to know,really took his time.Apartments were very clean, well equipped with everything we needed- from kitchen appliances, washer,iron etc. Beds comfortable,extra bedding...Everyone loved the kitchen,cooked everyday. The only complaint were the bathrooms in 3-bed apartment-clean and well suplied,but in one of them part of the lights did not work and in the other there was no hot water,so 6 people had to shower in one bathroom.

Stayed here with 5 friends for a birthday weekend at the end of October. The location is perfect, lots of amenities nearby and handy for the metro. The apartment was absolutely lovely, really clean, very comfortable and everything you needed was provided. Check in and check out were extremely straightforward and the staff are all very helpful - at check in, they even gave us recommendations on where to go (and where to avoid). We all loved the apartment and would not hesitate to book it again, or recommend it to others.
