It is situated next to the Fira (3GSM, Sonar, Alimentaria, Meeting Point, etc) and next to important commercial zones. Only a few minutes from Plaza Espanya, Arenas Mall, Paralel Avenue. The flat is located close to Gran Vía, one of the main commercial avenues of the city, and El Mercado de San Antonio. It i...s a short distance to some of Barcelona´s more popular places, such as La Rambla del Raval, Plaza Cataluña, and El Palacio de Montjuic. There is also a great variety of bars, restaurants and theatres, such as El Tarantantana and El Tivoli, nearby.The district has plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants, creating a fantastic atmosphere for day and night life. The Eixample is a district of Barcelona between the old city and what were once surrounding small towns (Sants, GrĂ cia, Sant Andreu etc.), constructed in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Alongside its famed modernist architecture, the neighbourhood is known for being the main gay area in Barcelona - hence the nickname, Gayxample.
One of Barcelona's newer neighbourhoods, L'Eixample boasts three of Anton GaudĂ­'s best known works - the unfinished cathedral La Sagrada FamĂ­lia and houses Casa MilĂ  and Casa BatlĂł - alongside a wonderful array of other Modernist architecture. Many of these stunning buildings still serve their original purpose as homes for the city's elite, while others have been converted into offices and shops.

The neighbourhood, situated to the north of Plaça de Catalunya and designed in the 19th century by pioneering architect Ildefons Cerdà, is laid out in an un-European-like grid system. Meander through the streets in the famous Quadrat d'Or, or Golden Triangle, and gawk at the incredible turn-of-the century structures.
