Listen, if you are anal you will not like this place. It is really lovely, all glass rooftop apartment. Large and spacious, full of art just being stored on one wall. Good taste. Lovely rooftop patio. Pretty kitchen and bathroom. Air Conditioning for the summer - a necessity. Paz, the owner lives below and you go through her house to get to this floor. She is an artist. Lovely and speaks everything except for German. The location is excellent. Would definitely recommend the place for people who love alternative accomodations.

Apartment is messy and dirty. I felt as if I were staying in the owners cluttered attic. The three flights of stairs up to the apartment are cluttered and poorly lit. Doors to the apartment do not lock.

It's a shame that Louise came to Barcelona for a pleasant journey and looked only for defects, which ones I desagree: it seems that she doesn’t know how to enjoy the beauty of life, a beautiful apartment and a sunny terrace. ...., newly planted plants beginning to bloom ......., all I can say is that I feel sorry for her. My apartment is luxurious and very clean, and if there is something I really take care of is its cleanliness as if I would be the guest. It is true that there are three floors, but very few steps, and besides, my son Pablo, always takes care of uploading all luggages, he did it even for her!! the lighting is excellent, I invite you to come and live the good energy that has my home.
When they arrived and I saw her face, I knew she was going to leave this Review, the fisrt moment, I caught the energy of people, so, I offered all kinds of supports, information ....... Barcelona tips ..... I was very friendly to change her mood, but she did not mentioned it;, her partner, was charming and I got very well along with him.
She looked at me with crossed eyes!, she didn’t understand that her friend was so kind to me ....
Doors close to perfection, and I offered her a key that she did not accept.... more I couldn’t do.
