This apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, plus the sofa-bed in the living with a super-comfortable double bed. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms. It also has a very nice private balcony. This apartment looks to the back of the building, so it is completely quiet during the day and night.

The building is in a one-lane, quiet and safe street right next to Passeig de Gracia, the most luxurious avenue of Barcelona. The exact address is Carrer Bonavista 4, 08012 Barcelona.
This very central location is considered by our guests as one of the best in Barcelona, 5 minutes on foot from Gaudi’s La Pedrera (Casa Milà ) and 8 from Casa Batlló. We are also only 1 mile (1,6km) away from Las Ramblas/Gothic Quarter and from Sagrada Familia. In less than 4 minutes on foot you have two underground subway lines (Diagonal stop) and buses taking you to any spot in the city, plus the two tourist bus lines. You can also walk to the best shops and restaurants in Barcelona.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks during our recent visit to Spain Barcelona. This is not a hotel so we met andre once during our entire 2-week stay - to give us the key and let us into the apartment. We couldn't has asked for a better location. Right now from this apartment building, there is a very nice little cafe that serves awesome foccacia and coffee. The apartment is just off of the "Rodeo Drive" of Barcelona - Passaig De Gracia. There is a metro station nearby - Diagonal - a red line if you look at the metro map. It is very easy to get to everywhere from the metro station. Also, this building is not in a touristy area. There are many shops and markets around where locals visit. So speaking Catalan or Spanish is a plus if you decide to stay here. My husband and i don't speak Catalan or English and we managed to get by alright.
The apartment itself is very modern, clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable... However, the condition of the sofa is a little worn and dirty. My husband and I put the extra comforter on the sofa before we sat on it. The TV does not have many channels but then again, we are rarely there to watch the TV. This apartment is equipped with wifi which is a big plus.
If you decide to sleep with the windows open, you might want to think twice. There is a small bar right below the apartment. We were on the first floor. The noise continues to 1 or 2 am.. sometimes 3am. Also, the cigarettes smoking keep coming into our apartment since patrons of the bar smoke outside, right below our apartment. Also, it is very noisy if you sleep with the windows open because the garbage collectors and street cleaners start working around 5 - 6 am. So if you sleep with the windows close, you are fine.
We enjoy our stay overall and will definitely rent it again when we return to Barcelona. Let me know if you have any questions.
