We spend a few days in this very nice apartment. The "landlady" contacted us beforehand and was very kind to wait us in the flat. We were positively surprised how well the pictures told the truth about the apartment: it really was well furnished, clean and everything as wished. The location was good, only 1,5 blocks from the metro station and not too noisy street below. Well, as a Finn from countryside, the small noise was a bit much at first, but anyway, I definitely would recommend this apartment and will come back!

We arrived in Barcelona to a very warm welcome and found ourselves in a lovely apartment. Each room was lovely and the cleanliness was evident everywhere. We could have done with an extra sofa in our apartment as the wind and rain drove us back there more often than we expected and four people couldn't get quite as cosy on one sofa. The balconies were great, providing views down the Ramblas, even though the sound was the drip drip drip of rain most often. We cooked at the apartment and everything we needed was there. We could have done with access to the internet. That problem didn't get solved. Nevertheless the place felt like ours after a few days and a great base for exploring the market, the Gothic quarter and the museums and galleries. Walking was easy and taxis were very reasonable.

the elevator too too small, the cleaning service does not exist, not enough blanket the shower too too to get in and out.

Absolutely an awesome flat. The flat takers met us at the first flat in El Born district and immediately reviewed the flat to discover the aC was not working. They had this apartment vacant and were open to having us stay at this fantastic flat in Rambla Catalunya. A real high end part of town that settles between Diagonal and Plaza Catalunya. This really is geared toward families and older travelers however it was a great fit for our group of four guys travelling around Spain. The only down fall was the amount of stairs we had to climb if the elevator was not working. Other than this, we had a very awesome time!.

Starting from the reservation we enjoyed this appartment. We had all information needed in time, perfect and fast service. Once arrived it only got better. Perfect central situation ( we knew it will be noisy in this place of city, so no problem) The appartment is very clean, 100 % corresponding to pictures. If you wish a room service will clean you room everyday, perfect quality/price stay.
The only regret is the lack of hot water. Only a small 75l water heater for 6 people. We were surprised by the cold shower for the last to wake up ;)Response from BCN Apartment Rentals - 12/14/2011

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples enjoyed our apartment (Rambla Catalunya Campina) and stay in Barcelona tremendously. The location was perfect - plenty of restaurants, outdoor cafes, stores and transportation options available. We were able to walk to las Ramblas, Placa de Catalunya, Barri Gotic, El Born, to the water, just about anywhere we wanted. The apartment had everything we needed. We loved that it was in an old building with little balconies off the main living and two bedroom areas. Felt safe and secure. Any questions or issues were quickly resolved by the owner/rental company. Would definitely stay in this property or one of the many others that are available in this building or the other down the street managed by this team.
