A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT AND ITS SURROUNDINGS
This wonderful apartment with original wooden doors, wide windows and high ceilings is located in the very heart of Barcelona and perfect for the groups as we have several apartments in the building; (9 apartments with 1-2 bedrooms). Our guests will find themselves relaxing in the center of the city, close to GaudÃ's La Pedrera and metro Diagonal, shops, bars and discos as well as parks and gardens.

We have a very nice time, I went to Barcelona with my friends and really enjoy the place, the staff was very polite and they can help us in everything.
We apartment is amaizing and have all the things for cook, like a home.

Great location and a good sized apartment. Javier was very friendly and helpful. Only down side was that there was 5 municipal recycling bins outside that were emptied by different trucks every night in the early hours. Helpful to have free Wifi

Very close to the Diagonal metro stop which was convenient for all the sights of Barcelona. Plenty of room to sleep up to 6 easily. Wonderful area of Barcelona with shops and restaurants near by.

Nous avons eu la chance de voir et de séjourner dans 2 appartements et les 2 étaient tout à fait conformes à la description et aux photos présentées : meublés avec goût, bien équipés même si nous n'avons pas pris beaucoup de repas, bonne literie (seul bémol : les lits 1 personne sont un peu étroit semble t-il), calmes, très propres. Au pied des immeubles, il y a des cafés et des petits commerces, tout pour faciliter la vie.
La situation géographique est fantastique car nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de vivre comme des vrais habitants de Barcelone, sans être dans le flot touristique et tout en étant à 2 pas de Passeig de Gracia.
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil dès les premiers échanges pour la réservation.
Javier le propriétaire est très soucieux du confort de ses clients : il nous a résolu immédiatement un petit problème que nous avions avec le flexible de douche. Il nous a également donné plein d'adresses de restaurants.
Lorsque nous reviendrons à Barcelone, c'est sur, nous choisirons le même endroit! -

The best thing I can say about this apartment is it is exactly as pictured! No surprises at all. It is spacious, spotless, and in a wonderful location - you are on the border of Eixample and Gracia and it feels like a real neighborhood, yet you are still close enough to tourist sights. The metro is one block away, and you are 3 stops from Barri Gotic. You can walk to Sagrada Familia.
Javier was so easygoing, helpful, and pleasant to deal with.
Oh, and the air conditioning is great, which we needed a few days!
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. -

We stayed at 6 BonaVista for over a week during our trip to Barcelona - there were seven of us including 2 kids and my parents. The apartment is very centrally located in a nice neighborhood - less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Diagonale metro if you are looking at a map. Sagrada, La Pedrera are each less than 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The bedrooms are small, but having 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room helped. The kitchen is well stocked and both Javier and Christopher were very helpful in getting us anything we needed. The ride from the airport is roughly around 35 Euro (and cabs had no problems finding the place). There are a few grocery stores and a pharmacy right below. There is an elevator as well which is useful if you have luggage.

We stayed in Vintage apartments three days during our trip to Spain. Apartment in very good - has everything you would need. Good size rooms, comfortable beds, A/C. Location is amazing. Nice central area, but apartment is very quiet. 2 minutes walk to the metro. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and very comfortable apartment. Very central to everything and not as noisy as other areas, although it is very close to main streets.
Subway (diagonal) is a mere two-minute walk away. We walked down to Las Ramblas and other areas and it took a mere 15-20 minutes on a slow place.
The apartment itself is quite spacious and the outdoor balcony is priceless for breakfast with my wife.
For the wine enthusiasts, there is an awesome wine store called Celler Can Dani about 5 mins walk away.
Javier and Christopher were very responsive in their requests and the security deposit was received in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again when back in Barcelona. -

Just left Barcelona after staying in the Vintage apartment. It was a great stay. Few key highlights:
Location: If location makes a vacation right, this is the place to stay. Its right at Bonavista, around 5 mins walk from Diagnal Metro Station, lots of bars / tapa bars around, coffee shop / grocery stores / banks / Atm's are just around the corner with lots of places to eat. Gaudi structures, churches, museums are very near by. With Metro station real close, you can get to any part of the city very easily.
Apartment: We stayed at Bonavista 5, apartment 2'2'. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with Ikea fixtures, has a balcony overlooking the streets. With 5 adults and 2 kids, we did have some concerns about 1 bathroom but it just worked out fine. The apartment has a working kitchen and washer. Though being located right on the main street, somehow it was not noisy.
Host: Christopher and Javier were great host and very helpful. They responded quickly to needs and made the stay worth every bit. They are really nice host.
International Travelers: In case if your phone will not work in Barcelona, make sure to call Christopher / Javier from the airport after collecting your luggage. There is no phone booth near the apartment. However the lady caretaker for the apartment building is helpful and might call Christopher for you.
It was a great vacation and we look forward to visiting Barcelona again and staying at one of Javier's apartments. -

The apartment is located in great area! There are many small shops and eating places in walking distance. Could have spent two days just exploring the unique shops and eateries and bars. A short cab ride (we found taxi fares very affordable) to Las Ramblas and Barri Gotic district, and all the major, must-see sites/buidlings, etc. A 2 min walk to the Diagonal Metro station. Apartment is spacious and we spent hours on the balcony, relaxing and having a drink. A few minor challenges with the bathroom space and shower. Good kitchen appliances.

The apartment is a great space there were 3 of us and we all had our own bedroom sharing a bathroom. The kitchen & lounge were a good size and we had a balcony running along the front of the bedrooms and lounge onto the street.
We were met by a friendly and helpful Christopher. The location is great. very safe and near to all amenities.

Our time at the Vintage apartment in Barcelona was exceptional! Javier was beyond helpful from the moment we landed at the airport, so the simple, accommodating check-out. He provided us his phone number to contact him once we landed and from that point on he never steered us wrong! He was at the apartment when we arrived. He provided recommendations for eating and visiting places in Barcelona. The wi-fi in the apartment was wonderful and so useful! The apartment itself was outstanding. The rooms were wonderful and designed with modern furniture. It was very "Ikea". :) But we loved how everything matches and felt clean and simple. There is a nice little kitchen, that we only used for the fridge and plates. Across the street is a sweet little bakery/cafe that we got coffee and breakfast at most mornings. The location of the apartment is very near a subway access, so it was quite easy for us to get around the city. Our only frustration was the noise in the streets at night. But that really only affected the people sleeping in the room that looked out over the street.
Javier was a far better host than we could have hoped for. He was responsive to our texts/e-mails throughout our stay and was extremely accommodating in providing additional bedding/towels when we needed them. If you want a comfortable, accommodating place to stay while in Barcelona, stay in one of Javier's apartments. You won't regret it. -

We stayed at this apartment for five nights. The apartment is very comfortable with three bedrooms. The location is excellent, far enough from the noise of the near Ramblas touristic area but at walking distance from major sightseeings and very close to the subway stop. We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment and Christopher was very helpful giving us all the necessary information about major attractions in Barcelona. I would recommend this apartment to families visiting arcelona.

Fantastic 3 bedroom just a few steps away from Passeig De Gracia which is the main road of luxury retail stores in Barcelona. The apartment was tastefully decorated and quite spacious for a group of 6 people. I would definitely recommend it for people traveling to Barcelona for families without having to pay an exorbitant amount.

Javier's apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was located in a great part of Barcelona close to tourists sites, great dining and subway and bus lines.
Javier provided us with restaurant recommendations in the area and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona, it is an exceptional apartment and Javier was a great host. -

We really enjoyed our stay there. The flat is perfectly located in the right center of Barcelona. It's near Diagonal and Passeig de gracia, and it's easy to move around as the subway it's right down the door.
Javi as been very nice to us, he gave us good tips about Barcelona and the check-in has veen really easy and just on time.
I fully reommend this flat and I'm sure that you will enjoy your stay in the wonderful city of Barcelona -

Wow, what a great apartment. Javier was available when we arrived. He met us early so we could get out and see this beautiful city. He even adjusted my iPhone to get internet and gave use recommendations for some great restaurants. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was stylish and easily accommodated our family of 4.
