The Borne Deluxe apartment is one of our Barcelona apartments with internet ADSL-WiFi, air conditioning and private elevator near Picasso’s Museu located in the Borne district. It is an ideal apartment for families or groups of friends.

The building has magnificent views of Santa Maria del Mar and Paseo del Born (a pedestrian street). It has a private elevator that works with a special key that gives direct access to the apartment.

This fantastic apartment for rent in Barcelona has an area of 70m2 and consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is a bright living room equipped... with a double sofa bed and a table with six chairs. The kitchen is open to the dining room and fully equipped. It has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

This modern Borne Deluxe apartment is fully refurbished in a contemporary style and with great care.

The Borne Deluxe apartment for rent in Barcelona has heating system and central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, iron, washer/dryer, plasma TV with DVD player and radio with CD player.

This is one of our vacational apartments in Barcelona located in the Borne district, in the heart of Barcelona. Very close to Picasso’s Museum, the cathedral and Las Ramblas.

The nearest metro station is Jaume I (line 4) on the avenue Via Layetana, located three minutes walking from the apartment in Barcelona. There are several bus lines on the Via Layetana that communicates with the entire city.

In the case of a long stay, intermediate cleaning may be necessary.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fees.
At the time of the booking the costumer must pay 35% of the total renting amount for a deposit.
Cancellation: If the costumer cancels or modifice the reservation before 14 days , no charges and the 35% will be sent back.
