It has a living room / dining room with a table with six chairs and a large sofa bed for two people. From here you can access a nice balcony overlooking the street and with a table and two chairs. The kitchen, which is open to the dining-room, is fully equipped with the following appliances: fridge / freezer,... oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washer-dryer and iron. It has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The Sagrada Familia Sant Pau-4 Apartment has a beautiful terrace with beautiful views of the Sagrada Familia. It is equipped with a tent, a table and six chairs. It is ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or business. This rental apartment in Barcelona is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), television, DVD player and CD radio. The whole area has 70sqm up to six people. This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with lift and intercom. In this building we have 6 more apartments for rent (Sagrada Familia Sant Pau-Apartment). Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 25 per day. The tent , the table and the chairs of the big terrace will be removed in winter time starting from November to 15th of March. At the time of the booking the costumer must pay 35% of the total renting amount for a deposit.
Cancellation: If the costumer cancels or modifies the reservation before 14 days, no charges and the 35% will be sent back.

  The apartment was clean and very close to Sagrada Familia. There is in the middle of two metropolitan stations, so it is very easy to join.
  We arrived earlier at the apartment but the manager gave us the possibility to leave laggage and then go away. The only possibility for paying was with an bank account in Italy and then pay there with credit card. You need visa or mastercard to pay "cauzione" and in a few days after the departure they will give you all the money, without 3%. I raccomend this apartment.
