Apartment description The Aragon apartment is one of our selection of spacious Barcelona apartments with terrace. This sunny flat is close to the Sagrada Familia and is ideal for families or friends. It has been decorated in a very tasteful way. This sunny apartment is composed of two bedrooms: one suite with a queen size bed, a bathroom and a terrace, and the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed. It also has a second bathroom with hairdryer. The dining living-room, very spacious, is composed of: a marble dining table with six chairs and two sofas. It has access to a terrace. The kitchen, completely refurbished, is equipped w...ith all new appliances, including: microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster and blender. From the kitchen one can access a laundry room where the washing machine is. This spacious apartment is ideal for families or friends. It has parquet floor, a heating system, air conditioning (in the dining room), television, radio and video-DVD. The total surface is 103sqm and it sleeps up to 5 people. The Aragon apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. It has a security system with interphone. Location & Area This apartment for rent in Barcelona is close to the Sagrada Familia, in the Eixample district (on the right side); just one minute walk to Passeig Sant Joan and Diagonal. The Eixample district is the modernist architecture area for which Barcelona is so famous. This is the true center of Barcelona, and one can get almost everywhere in the city on foot from this location. Its location is between the trendiest avenue of the city - Paseo de Gracia, which is full of fashionable shops and restaurants- and Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia Cathedral. This offers guests easy access on foot to most of central Barcelona’s sites such as the Pedrera and the Batlló house. The nearest metro station to this Barcelona apartment is Girona (line 4). It is very near, by metro, from Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas. There are many bus lines but the best option to get downtown is the metro. The neighbourhood belongs to an upper/middle class.
