This holiday apartment rental in Barcelona is very welcoming and is part of a group of new apartments in a renovated building. Although it has been completely renovated, it retains the ceiling with original wooden beams and exposed brick wall. It consists of a double bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 that can be joined to form a double) and a large wardrobe and a room with a bunk bed (twin beds). The latter is an interior room, but light coming directly enters... the window located between the bedroom and dining room.

The living room is bright with large windows, with access to two small balconies overlooking the street, and is equipped with a double sofa bed and a table with six chairs.

The plan kitchen and living room, fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Also have a washing machine and iron, in a small separate room. It has a bathroom with shower.

It is located in the historic center of town called Gothic, a picturesque and historic neighborhood with narrow streets. There are variety of tapas bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. It also has easy access to shops and supermarkets.

You have a short walk to the Plaza Catalunya, the Cathedral, the Mercado de la Boqueria, the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Mar and the beach.
