Recently reformed, this colorful, modern and luxury 3 bedrooms apartment is bright and spacious.
The house has a total of 4 apartments, each on each floor (with elevator).
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area with balcony has everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. The sofa converts into a double bed for the 7th and 8th guest.

Located in the Sants District of Barcelona, in a quiet street. 10 minutes walking distance to Plaza de Sants metro station and close to Sants train station (trains, buses and subways lines), the famous Camp Nou, the Sants local market, easy access to Plaza Espanya and the FIRA Conference venue. In 20 minutes, Bus 57 line takes you to the closest beach of “la Barceloneta” and the subway, directly to Plaza Catalunya, the city center.
Taxi costs around 10€ from city center.
Enjoy a Spanish aperitif with the locals in the large choice of local cafés, bars and restaurants of this area. Large choice of supermarkets, shops, boutiques walking distance.

We have stayed in a lot of apartments in Barcelona so we know what to expect. This was a great, airy apartment with lots of space and a lovely terrace. Pia and Christina were amazing and so helpful!

We stayed for three nights in October and found the apartment to be ideally located with shops and metro station in walking distance. The place is newly renovated and offers all the amenities you could wish for (modern furniture, appliances, top-notch bathrooms, washer, pergo floor throughout). We sure would want to stay here again on our next visit to BCN. Only downside: lack of parking, so be prepared to pay for that in one of the public parking garages in the area.

Excellent apartment, very clean with all necessary kitchen utensils etc.Family owned and run and they could,nt have been more helpful.
