An Internet connection is also available making it easy to stay in touch with friends and family back home.The well equipped modern kitchen, decorated in a red and white color scheme, has all the utensils and appliances needed to create your very own home-cooked meal.The main bedroom has a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower. Catalan for "Old Port," Port Vell is located next to the Barceloneta neighborhood. It has been recently renovated, and now offers a vast range of leisure and cultural activities and services, some of which are built on an artificial island. There is a large shopping mall, Maremagnum , located right at the heart of the port, which includes a variety of restaurants ranging from fresh seafood to quick snacks. Here, you will also find the Barcelona Aquarium and IMAX theater . Other nearby attractions include the Museum de Història de Catalunya, the World Trade Center, the Rambla de Mar, and the Barcelona Royal Maritime Club. This is a wonderful area for visitors of all ages to enjoy and choosing an apartment in Port Vell will give you the opportunity to experience the history, culture and new developments of this fascinating city on the Mediterranean coast.

  Great location - no service!

  We booked an appartment for 8 people, and as a family is was of vry high importance to us that we could stay together in one big appartment, especially because we were travelling with two twin girls at the age of 6 months.
  Already before we arrived at the apparment, we had a lot of difficulties with the owner/company, because they suddenly couldnt find our booking.
  And after several phonecalls to them, they informed us that they had given the appartment to somebody else, and that we could have to smaller appartments instead.
  We explained that this were impossible for us since we were travelling as a family with small children. And therefore they promised to fix it to we ould get one big appartment instead.
  But when we arrived they had given the appartment to somebody else (eventhough we were promised that we could have it). And they couldt do anything about it! - the owner blamed the rental company and vice versa.
  So we ended up staying in two different appartments at the 1st floor and 6nd floor.
  We didnt get any discount or any appologies - very unprofessional!
  Also there were problems with the two baby hightchairs and baby cots that we were promised.
  So overall we must say that the location and the appartments were great, but the very poor (non excisting) service and the fact that we didnt get what we book, made us decide that we would never trust that rental company/owner again.

  Apartamento muy céntrico está en una buena ubicación cerca de las Ramblas.
  Al lado de los puertos y al lado del metro. Es cómodo. Lo recomiendo.
