Bellissima esperienza!!! L’appartamento è esattamente come si vede nelle foto, decisamente comodo per una famiglia con bambini (i nostri di 10 e 8 anni). L’organizzazione di Habitat apartments è stata perfetta: il loro rappresentante ci ha puntualmente aspettato di fronte all’entrata del palazzo e ci ha fornito tutte le info necessarie sull’appartamento e qualche consiglio su Barcellona. L’appartamento era pulito e molto attrezzato: microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, bollitore, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro…insomma non c’è bisogno di altro! Uno dei due bagni è decisamente stretto ma per noi non è stato un gran disagio. Ho letto alcune recensioni in cui ci si lamentava del rumore dalla strada: noi non abbiamo avuto questo inconveniente anche perché, essendo inverno, le finestre erano chiuse. L’appartamento comunque si affaccia sulla strada ed è praticamente vicinissimo all’incrocio con Gran Via de Les Corts Catalanes, una delle strade principali e molto trafficate. Con le finestre aperte i rumori del traffico arrivano nel soggiorno ed in una delle stanze. L’ubicazione dell’appartamento è stata per noi perfetta, vicino alle fermate della metro di piazza catalunya e girona. C’è anche una fermata dell’autobus di fronte al portone. Abbiamo preferito questa zona a quella del Barrio Gotico perché, viaggiando con due bambini, è sicuramente più tranquilla e sicura: non abbiamo mai avuto problemi nel rientrare a casa la sera dopo cena. Proprio di fronte al palazzo c’è un supermercato fornito di tutto e dall’altra parte della strada c’è un posto carino per fare la colazione (caffè nespresso, cappuccino, brioches…). Sicuramente torneremo a Barcellona e molto probabilmente affitteremo lo stesso appartamento per l’esperienza positiva avuta. Da consigliare a tutti!!!

I traveled with my sister to Barcelona for a 4 night stay and we stayed in this apartment and honestly, it was perfect for us. It is located in a safe and quiet area. The service we got from the agency was terrific - they were very patient with our questions before arrival and very helpful when we arrived. The apartment is nicely furnished with modern decor and the beds were a dream to sleep in (and as someone who travels a lot, I know this is a critical point!) We were very comfortable there and the location was ideal. There are many restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. It had the extras of wifi and a/c -- plus the building had an elevator. All in all, a great place to stay!

Service was fair. The apartment is very comfortable with generous spaces, well equipped and decorated.
Close to Catalunya Square (just about de center of everything), with a supermarket across the street, and a nice cofee-shop (ideal for breakfast) right in the corner.

The apartment was very cute and well maintained. the location was ideal...close to everything, but not in an overcrowded tourist area. The only negative was that our power went out whenever we had both air conditioners running & the wifi didn't always work. Also, the lift to the 4th floor was extremely small.

We have spent a wonderful stay in Barcelona and the accomodation was just what we needed. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious, sunny living-room. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect, as close to everything as you could possibly wish. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment was great...state of the art..clean...modern...and large!
We loved having a washer/dryer and the space to stretch out. The balconies were such a treat as well...open the doors to hear the sounds of the city and close them for quiet time!
