The apartment is located in the best area of La Rambla, the most popular, well-known and cosmopolitan boulevard of Barcelona, just a few metres from Plaça Catalunya and most of the famous places in the city.
As you walk down La Rambla, you pass by the Mercat de la Boqueria and the Grand Liceu Theatre, and after few minutes, you can dive into the Gothic Quarter, leading you to the medieval past steeped in centuries of Barcelona's history.
If you carry on down the Rambla, you pass by the Güell Palace and other well-known buildings and museums.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Juste à côté de la Place de la Catalogne qui est à 2 minutes à pieds quand on descend de l'Aéro-Bus (le transport public de l'aéroport à la Plaça de Catalunyà ~ 4,5 €).
L'appartement est pratiquement situé dans le quartier Gothique. À deux pas du Marché couvert Boqueria, d'une multitude de restaurants (dont Hard Rock Café qu'il vaut mieux réserver à l'avance), à proximité des prestigieuses boutiques internationales et d'un immense centre d'achat "El Corte Inglés" (super gros mercado "épicerie" en bas ouvert tard le soir). .
The apartment is very well located. Just off the Place de Catalunya, which is 2 minutes on foot when you arrived with the aero-Bus (public transport from the airport to Plaça Catalunya ~ 4.5€).
The apartment is located in the Gothic Quarter. Just steps from the Covered Market Boqueria, a multitude of restaurants, close to prestigious international boutiques and a shopping center "El Corte Ingles" (super mercado big "grocery" at the bottom open late. -

We stayed at La Rambla which is located in central Barcelona, and as they say, location, location, location. The apartment was just steps from major places that we wanted to go, and it was always so convenient to just stop by the apartment between sightseeing and lunch and then more sightseeing. We loved it! Besides the location, we found the kitchen very well appointed for our needs, the shower had plenty of hot water, the rooms were simple but comfortable. The management was lovely and very responsive in every way.

In my opinion apartament is not good for families with children.. That's good place for young people who want to have some fun, go to some discos, having fun in Barcelona till the late night hours and than go to bed and sleep till 12.00, because they are too tired to get uo earlier, than noises don't disturb them...If you want to take a rest in quiet way, if you want calm place - La Rambla apartament is not for you.. Apartament equipped quite well in kitchen stuffs, bathroom nice with wash maschine, nice bedroom equipped with iron, two big wardrobes, but there isn't airconditioning and that's a big problem when it's very hot ... living room not such big as on photo, but also quite comfortable (in this room there is the airconditioning), there is also sofa where two persons can sleep if they can when noisy night on the street...
There is a lift in the staircase, but only for 1 person!!:)
When very hot outside there is almost sauna in the staircase.
There is far from the beach. You should rather take the bus.
I would recommend this place for young or deaf people. -

My wife and our two grown children chose this apartment for its location and we were not disappointed. Central to the Gothic Quarter--the old city--and its many attractions.
The apartment was clean and air conditioned; the onsite staff attentive and flexible.
One very confusing factor: the office listed is not where our apartment was located. We stayed on ataulf, which was a long block or two, hauling suitcases, over rough sidewalks from where the office listed is located. The office is indeed close to the metro station. (The staff was helpful, and insisted on walking us from the office to our apartment--but we arrived late at night to a dark and deserted office. Only after considerable looking did we find a phone number posted on a side/rear entrance which allowed us to call the agent in charge. Had we not had a cellphone activated for Europe we'd have waited all night, presumably.) This caused for moments of muttering and frustration.
However the rate was fair and the apartment was clean, modern, and welcoming. We'd surely stay there again. -

The apartment location was amazin and really nice, just as described in web.
Contact person (Mónica) was very friendly, tolerant helpful regarding our needs, we were very impressed with her and her attitude and she accommodated our needs really well. We would love to come back to Barcelona and stay here again!
Due to its excellent location, this apartment is very very noisy. It would be great if they make the windows double glazed to block out most of the noise.
