Illuminated and comfortable apartment, very well equipped, located in a building in the Gracia neighbourhood, very close to Plaza Joanic. 1st floor with lift. Tube L4 (Joanic).
The area gracia is very popular to go out at night. It has a great number of small fashion shops and a large variety of bars and restaurants. Gracia is home to a large number of student residents, a substantial community of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers, all of this contribute to its bohemian flavour. Great location, tolerable price, roomy enough for two people. Appreciated your rental office being open on Sunday. However: all upholstered furniture (three easy chairs, sofa, bar stools) is very soiled -- replacement needed asap. Apartment walls are scuffed; the entire space needs painting.

un appartement assez spacieux. La chambre n°2 est toutefois assez petite car elle contient un canapé lit qui permet à mon avis de ne coucher qu'une seule personne adulte ou 2 jeunes enfants.
La cuisine est bien équipée.
Situé à côté d'un métro qui va à la plage et dans toutes les zones intéressantes. A deux pas du parc guell et de la sagrada familia. De nombreux bus qui vont directement à Montjuic et dans de nombreux endroits intéressants.
Attention toutefois cet appartement peut être un peu bruyant le week-end.
La climatisation est bienvenue en été.
Un endroit qui permet vraiment de profiter de Barcelone !
