The Barcelona Duplex apartment is a great apartment in the old fishermen's area of the city, right next to the sea. The apartment is in a second floor and has two levels; on the first one, there is the living room with two sofa bed, plasma TV, an open plan kitchen fully equipped and a toilette with a shower. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The apartment has heat, air conditioning and free wifi.
It is a great apartment for the summer, since it is 100 meters away from the beach, but also for the winter, since it is very quiet and relaxing area. The closest metro stop is Barceloneta, and it is about 5 minute...Read more

It is a great apartment for the summer, since it is 100 meters away from the beach, but also for the winter, since it is very quiet and relaxing area. The closest metro stop is Barceloneta, and it is about 5 minutes walking. As close as the metro is the city centre - Santa María del Mar is only 10 minutes away. The area is full of supermarkets and there is a historic market right in the middle of the neighbourhood. Not only that, but seafood restaurants and terraces are all over the area, along the port side and the seaside.

A nice apartment for three Person. Just 2 Minutes to the beach and Perfect located to partying at the Clubs Near the Beach.
Wifi was a Problem because it was propably Never available. -

We stayed in the suites. And you know what? This is a great place to feel yuorself like at home and relax by body and by soul. The apartment is fully thought out as from the technical side (Wi fi, dishwasher, ceramic panel, dishes, hair dryer), and from the moral side (very stylish furniture, a brick wall, the upper bedrooms, all sorts of nice things, and so on).
Oh, and you know they are very well located. 2 minutes to the beach and shops. About 10 minutes to the subway station and the French railway station

We spent a weekend in BCN Barcelonata apartment in January. We received a very welcome at check in, no delay and all the request well welcome and accepted. The flat is outstanding; new restored and fully equipped for any needs; wi-fi is free and working very well. The location is perfect, just one minute walking from the beach, you can find every kind of stores in the vicinity, open as well on Sunday, restaurants. The area is very quite during the night.You feel to be at home.The agency rep. Maria is very kind in satisfy any customer request. Parking in the area is easy but expansive, if you have a car is better to deal the price with same parking lot; anyway the area is very well served by local transport...car is not needed.

Excellent choice for wife's 50th birthday. The two girls from Bcn were great and very helpful. Apartment clean tidy and well maintained. Wonderful stay.

- Great and fast service from Maria - both before and after our stay in the apartment.
- A really lovely apartment where everything worked. A small thing perhaps missing was a handle on the door to the apartment.
- The apartment is a really good place, not far from the water and close to town.

Loved the location and the remodel was charmingly done. The people we talked to were helpful and very nice. It was clean. That is what we did like.
The little bed was rather sloped. There were only 3 bowls and more than 3 people. Only one kitchen towel. No soap in downstairs restroom and soap dispenser didn't work upstairs. One of two lights burned out in upstairs bathroom. Support wires on the stairs were very loose from ceiling. Didn't have a phone so couldn't contact BCN to see why internet didn't work. Bad odor in stairwell, like cat urine. We know that isn't your fault though. That is what we didn't like.
Even though, enjoyed our stay. Loved the beach peek off the deck. Loved getting to stroll to watch the sunset. Buses and taxis were so close. Loved the area and Barcalona so very much!!!
I marked ease of check in poor due to the phone issue. Again, if we could have contacted someone on Sunday to help with the internet it would have been excellent service.
This property would not be good for handicapped. The stairs are very steep and so narrow luggage is difficult. -

We received an excellent service. We received all the information and help asked The departament is very comfortable, has all you need in the kitchen, has two bathrooms, which is very important if you are a big family. You have t.v. and internet. For us the location was excellent becouse it is 100 metres from the bech and 15 minutes walk from the metro station to go everywhere. We liked everything and enjoy the place very much.,
