The Clock House is a breathtaking open plan loft in one of Poblenou huge, former factory building known as »The spoons yard«, Can Culleres, and is located in the heart of what is the new Soho in Barcelona, only a 10 minutes stroll to Bogatell Beach.

When you settle into our loft apartment from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, you will be amazed at how stunningly cosy it is. Having been recently renovated the look is modern and very beautiful, yet it retains its industrial feel.

The bare less of the walls (5 meters high) allows them to speak their own speech without the wordiness of useless things. Only selected paintings fro...m local painters such as Xano Armenter and Perico Pastor have a word to say. The floor throughout the apartment has a polished and glossy look and adds to the sleek look of the apartment.Even proud of its industrial past, the house takes a step forward into the future and offers to its guests all the modern comfort to accommodate up to 8 people.

While it is open plan, the space is made up of two double bedrooms, the main one has a with a Queen bed ( 150*200cm) with an ensuite bathroom consists of bath/shower unit and sink, and is a real treat for the guest. The second bedroom has two single beds (90*20cm each). Both bedrooms are provided with fitted cupboards and have floor-to-ceiling Windows overlooking an interior patio making them very bright. Cleverly placed curtains provides privacy from neighbours.

The second bathroom comes with shower unit, sink, wc and there you will find the washing maching and dryer.

The living area of this apartment is welcoming and a great place to sit back and relax after trekking around Barcelona city. Here the guest can avail of the TV, DVD and the stereo. The apartment also has some international news channels so you can catch up on the news from home. This area can also be used as office space, making use of the wi-fi internet.

In this area you will also find two sofas, both of which can convert into 2 double sofa beds so additional guests can sleep. There is an extra ample cupboard/wardrobe space for your additional guests belongings.

The dining area and kitchen are in the same area. In the dining area you will find a large table and chairs for six guests where you can enjoy many a meal cooked in the open plan and modern kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances necessary to make your stay in this apartment a hassle free one. Guests will find all the usuals, such as toaster, juicer, pots and pans, fridge-freezer and so on. The Clock loft apartment also comes with AC/heat which ensures the guest is as comfortable during the summer months as in the winter months.

Mass transportation options abound, there is a subway stop 2 minutes away from our loft apartment, only one street, Llacuna, L4, that takes you straight to some of the main attractions and amenities like Council square and Las Ramblas, in Jaume I subway station in 8 minutes and Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia with all the Gaudi Arquitecture such as Casa Batllo and La Pedrera in only 10 minutes. You also may use L4 if you want to go straight to Holy Family in about 20 minutes. But the best thing is that they are many interesting attractions and leasure places in the area that you would be prefer to discover just walking around without need of car or public transport.
