An excellent apartment, just renovated specifically for short term rentals. It is spacious, includes a totally furnished kitchen including a sandwich maker, a mixer, water heater, electrical coffeemaker and so on. It also has a central airco system and double glazed windows. There are two bathrooms (one with a hairdryer). There apartment can sleep up to 8 people, there are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with twin beds in each), and there is also a sofa bed for two in the living area. The location is very convenient. Minutes walking away from the famous Basilica Sagrada Familia designed by Gaudi and the old part of the city of Barcelona. In the immediate surroundings you can find cafes and restaurants, a small supermarket next door is open until late at night, there is also a bakery and a fruit and vegetable shop downstairs within the same building complex.
