parispas mal mais peu mieux faire

l'appart en lui même n'est pas si mal, une chambre confortable, une cuisine entièrement équipée...par contre il ne faut pas avoir peur du quartier. la rue est assez sombre passé une certaine heure, le vis a vis est franchement pas terrible,vue sur l'immeuble en face à la limite du délabrement, il n'y a pas de volets uniquement des rideaux...! ss ca l'immeuble est bien sécurisé, grand, enfin rien a craindre une fois dans l'immeuble quoi. appart parfait en été mais pas en hiver car chauffage d'appoint! tant mieux pour ceux qui occuperont la chambre mais domage pour ceux qui seront au salon car il n'y a pas de porte pour pouvoir maintenir la pièce au chaud.
bref tb séjour malgré ces quelques points noir
