A beautiful avenue, with spectacular lampposts, large trees ... known for its famous boutiques, jewelry stores ... of design and luxury, business centers, and large number and variety of restaurants.

Walking along this avenue, you will also find the emblematic and spectacular buildings of Gaudi "Casa Batllo" and "La Pedrera".

Casa Batllo, is in front of the apartment, just that it has next, the Mandarin Hotel and Majestic.

The apartment is located in a luxury building.

It has a spacious living... room, well equipped kitchen, spacious master bedroom suite with bathroom.

There are sheets and towels as well as ameties, gel and shampoo.

  We just spent two weeks there and couldn't be happier. The only drawback we saw going in was the lack of balcony or terrace with a view, but what that bought us was a peace and quiet that is rare in Barcelona. The place looks just like in the photos, except they've added a small bed behind the TV in the living room. Everything about it was optimal: full kitchen, nice bathroom and a very comfortable and solid bed. The building is extremely secure and the doormen are pleasant and helpful. The terrific managers, Ana and Kristjàn Magnusson, picked us up at the airport (recommended), personally saw us off on the last day and promptly returned the security deposit. The location couldn't be more central, nearly equidistant to all the cool spots, and right above a subway stations. There are many nice supermarkets nearby, but the best grocery option was the wonderful Concepción market, where local vendors sell top quality fresh produce, meat and seafood. This apartment is right in the middle of the action but is also a quiet refuge from it all, a rare combination in Barcelona. Highly recommended.
