The Cortinas Studios are lovely apartments of 30m2.
Located on the 4th floor of a listed building, there is no elevator, so strong legs a must! On the plus, this makes the apartment quiet, good if you're working remotely while travelling. High-speed WIFI is included in the price.
Open and spacious with a double bed with bedsides, dining area, spacious storage units, really comfortable and fully equipped Kitchen, and a sofa bed in the loung area that can comfortably sleep a third person, or additional couple.

Located in the heart of the famous and beautiful barrio of San Pere in the north part of the old city, just above El Born.
San Pere is a very much intact barrio of the original walled city of Barcelona. Its border to the north is the north east wall of the old city and the Citadel (now the Central Ciutadella Park to the south) an iconic neighbourhood, following an original waterway or Barcelona, the streets are dotted with beautiful original cast iron fresh water fountains. Along with the history, you will find lovely modern cafes, fabulous restaurants, calm, shaded plazas and boutique and vintage shops selling just about anything you can imagine.
The Gothic Cathedral is 5 minutes walk, El Born 5 minutes walk, Park de la Ciutadella 5 Minutes walk and Las Ramblas 10-15 minutes’ walk.
The nearest METRO station is Arc de Triomf , Red Line (L1) that corsses the city, also about 5 mins walk.
