Location is in the Eixample district which is one of the most popular districts of Barcelona and the oldest area of the Catalan bourgeoisie. Distinctive features of apartments in this area are high ceilings, dramatic entrances with modernist features and beautiful finishes that reflect the wealth of the middle class. L'Eixample is a safe residential area of the city which in turn provides an active nightlife and a pleasant café culture.
