This 80 sq.m 2 bedroom 2 bathroom recently rebuild gorgeous loft style apartment is exquisite. The space extends from the front to the back of the building and has two adjoining terraces to both bedrooms. There are windows in the front and the back which allows beautiful light to reflect throughout the space and a prominent view of Tibidabo and Montjuïc mountains

The living room is comfortable and cozy. Relax on the sofa or one of the cushy chairs. The living space has a flat screen TV Internet connected,, and WiFi. Plenty of refined antique lamps, objects and furniture decorate every single corner.

The kitchen includes a dishwas...her, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, espresso coffee maker and a refrigerator retro style. All utensils, pots and pans are provided.It is extremely sunny, cheery, a warm and happy apartment.

On the heart of the Barcelona Eixample, you will be only a 15 min walk from Barcelona´s shopping area Plaza Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, Las Ramblas, and a number of other tourist essentials.

  As this was our first time in Barcelona we had no idea what to expect. We were truly delighted with our choice of this amazing apartment. Eli met us at the apartment and made sure that we knew how everything worked and where everything was. She gave us suggestions for shopping and eating in the neighbourhood. The apartment is perfect for two couples. The bedrooms are separated by the living /dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, which affords each couple nice privacy. Each bedroom is a good size, has its own bathroom, as well as great storage space. There are two balconies, one off each bedroom, both of which are large enough for four, with patio furniture for dining or just enjoying the views.The neighbourhood is calm and serene, just far enough away from the busy old section of town, but close enough for walking to the sights. We enjoyed getting off the subway, into our quiet neighbourhood, after a busy day with lots of people. There are two subway stops very close to the apartment - Rocafort and Urgell, making it very easy to get anywhere in a very short time. The proximity of everything makes this the perfect place from which to explore Barcelona without a car. There is a Suma grocery store right across the street, a lovely bakery next door, fruit and vegetable markets all around, and a pharmacy around the corner. We had several nice meals at "Theseo" - just go left out of the apartment two blocks down around the corner. Our eleven days in Barcelona passed all too quickly and were made all that much more pleasant by our stay in your apartment Valentin. We are already planning a return visit.
