We offer a 150m2 sunny appartment located in the heart of the city (6m walk to Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, Raval, Gothic Quarter and other main sights of the city).
This beautifully classical place is on the fourth floor of a traditional 19th century Gaudi-Modernist building in the Eixample district, with lots of charm and luxurious details. The Eixample district is one of the most beautiful of the city, where all the main Gaudi buildings are. It is a very quiet and safe area, but still plenty of restaurants, shops and night life. The apartment is very centrally located, just 5 to 10 minutes by walk to Plaza Catalunya, which is the heart of the city.

Where to begin?. Mar's apartment is one of the most beautiful flats I have ever seen. She did and incredible job renovating the space. It is modern and fresh, while retaining the original charm of this old, historic building. The beds were super comfortable and the views from the bedrooms facing the church are spectacular. The flat is stocked with anything you might need and the location is fantastic. We walked everywhere! Mar is also a fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with while planning and was there to greet us when we arrived. Thanks Mar!

Would like to say a big thank you to Mar for letting myself and a group of 7 friends stay at her wonderful apartment! Exactly as described, in a convenient, safe quiet location. Easily accessible from the airport and a short walk to all the sights of Barcelona! Apartment was immaculate, clean and perfect! I would highly recommend Mar as your host, she was excellent to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona!

Travelling has become nowadays, a more pleasant adventure, specially if you find a place to stay like this amazing flat owned by Marc Cordobés. The space is incredibly well decorated, a combination of good taste and the most accurate design, with all the amenities you can need to make your stay an incredible experience. It's even better than to be at home!
Returning from walking around the crowded Barcelona streets to this amazing apartment it's a priceless experience. Highly recommend it to any one that wants to discover Barcelona in the most comfortable way!!
