We will be pleased to welcome you at Eixample Unique an incredible 220 suqare metre modernist apartment situated next to the University of Barcelona, 200 meters from Passeig de Gracia, just a few steps from Cataluña Square, Rambla de Cataluña and Gran Via.

One of the main advantages of our fantastic apartment is its location.
Plaza Catalunya, located just a few steps from the apartment, is a starting point to explore the city. There you will find the Tourist Bus, Airbus, trains, metro (Red Line, Yellow, Green and Purple) and numerous buses´ lines
Just 200 meters from the apartment is situated the famous Paseo de Gracia street where shopping lovers will enjoy the best international designers boutiques, such as Loewe, Stella McCartney, Armani, Yves Saint Laurent and so on. Also, along this street are located La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of the typical buildings of Gaudi architecture. Close to this street are located interesting art galleries and museums (Tapies Foundation, Egyptian Museum, Museum of Perfume).
Eixample Unique is just a few steps away from Las Ramblas, one of the main streets of Barcelona and one of the landmarks of the city. It is a pleasant walk of 1.3 kilometers that connects Plaza Catalunya with the ancient city port . Las Ramblas are always lively, full of tourists and street performers who act like human statues.
This area is also well known for its elegant restaurants, cozy cafes, pastry shops and popular cocktail bars.

Every contact before our arrival were wonderfull. Ida and Christian answered all our questions on time. We had a checking immediately at the airport as we wanted. Very pleasant when you travelled all day long ! Then we arrived at the appartment and the photos on the site are the reality ! The appartment is very spacious, very clean, it has all what you can need ! It is also very well located you can visit Barcelone all by foot if you want ! Christian cooked tapas for us (19 persons) it was delicious !

Abbiamo portato in vacanza con la scuola un gruppo di studenti e trovare questo appartamento è stata una fortuna.. i ragazzi dell'agenzia ci hanno aiutamo moltissimo nell'organizzazione del viaggio.. si sa, portare 16 ragazzi, di 17 anni, in un paese straniero, è una bella responsabilità . Ma tutto è andato per il meglio! I ragazzi hanno vissuto un'esperienza molto bella, si sono uniti molto... l'appartamento è una meraviglia! Così ben decorato e curato.. uno stile molto elegante.. davvero molto molto bello! L'anno prossimo speriamo di poter ripetere! Lo consiglio a tutti! c

Wonderful stay of only 1 week, everything is exactly like the pictures Ida sent me! The apartment is totally new, well furnished, incredible stylish and perfect and comfortable decoration! Well equipped for 15 of us, and excellently located right in the centre of Barcelona!
Few steps from Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Universidad. It has been incredible fun being there, all together, cook together and enjoy the place totally! The apartment is an excellent choice for a big group, we could cook together, eat together.. enough space for all of us! The terrace is perfect! And we of course tried the gin tonic cata service offered.. ooh.. wonderful! Thanks guys, we had a wonderful time and wish you all the best !!

Apartamento con excelente ubicación a dos calles de Plaza Cataluña a 100 metros de la parada del bus que viene desde el aeropuerto. Tiens una grann cantidad de restaurantes en la zona, las habitaciones espaciosas y camas muy confortables. Un agradable patio para relajarse al sol y en el medio de la naturaleza. Todo muy bien. Gracias. Un sitio altamente recommendable
