This economic apartment, Is licensed by the City of Barcelona ,offers accommodation for up to 4 people.
Full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. Where they can cook and save much money. . The kitchen has the basics for cooking: salt, sugar, Spanish olive oil, pepper, etc..
If you prefer, in the area, many bars and restaurants where you can eat from a menu of 10 or 12 euros, or tapas or dinner in a fancy restaurant with a Michelin star.
Perfect for couples , families , to enjoy a pleasant stay in Barcelona. Located close to Sagrada Familia , beach , Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia
The apartment is opposite the Auditorium and the National Theatre of Catalonia, near metro stations and Glories and Marina Line 1 or Monumental Line 2 . And near the Sagrada Familia,and 2 km of the Ramblas.
It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one single bunk beds with comfortable 1.90 by 0.90 cm, and a sofa bed in the dining room . Bathroom with toilet , shower with unlimited hot water , sink , towels , hair dryer ..
The living room has TV 32’ cable(up 70 channels, internationals, sports,cinema,childrens included), HIFI, free WIFI 50 Mb , with functional decor,,air conditioning and heating.
You indeed can be offered in a nearby building with an extra charge parking.
The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes walk to the beach or Olympic Village 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya.
The Monumental Metro Station is 2 stops from Paseo de Gracia and the railway stations to 3 Marina Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas .Tram stops 50 m connecting to the beach in 4 stops. Several bus lines at the door , in the back street , including night buses .. It has 100 direct tram to the beach the Olympic Village, bus at the door meters including night bus to Plaza Catalunya Ramblas, 300 meters underground in two different lines , Line 1 station Glorias and Line 2 station Monumental . And 15 minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia or Borne the bohemian neighborhood of Barcelona.

“good location”
Carolina and Miguel were wonderful hosts, near Sagrada Familia by Gaudi, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed some wonderful days in Barcelona.
