Perfect for a couple, this comfortable and relaxing 1 bedroom apartment is located in the old port of Barcelona called Barceloneta. Newly renovated apartment with a bright and airy feel inside makes the ideal setting for a great vacation in Barcelona. Centrally located next to the old town of Barcelona, and not far from the Gothic Quarter....

The area surrounding the apartment:

The Rossetti apartment is ideally situated between the old port of Barcelona or Port Vell and the gothic trendy area of El Born in Barcelona. This old port area at the bottom... of Las Ramblas was once a real eyesore with old factories and disused buildings has been transformed beyond recognition since the 1980's. Chic shopping, harbourside seafood treats, movies by the sea along with bars, discos and a world famous and apparently Europes' biggest aquarium have made this the perfect area for Barcelona's stopoff point to the Mediterranean. Also a 8 minute walk away and guests are treated to the trendy gothic El Born district with it's wonderful example of gothic architecture in the magnificant Santa Maria del Mar church.

The apartment:

The apartment is been recently refurbished and has a modern and clean look to it; with plenty of natural light to ensure a feeling of warmth and relaxation this one bedroomed apartment is a great spot for your visit to Barcelona. The Rossetti apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a living/dining room. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for both guests and leads into into the living room area. The living room contains a sofa where the guests can relax and watch some TV; the dining area is behind the sofa and is modern and simple in look and style. There is a balcony off of the dinning area which allows the light to stream through while enjoying any meal of the day.....as you can see this cosy 35m2 apartment is ideal for any 2 people to stay in and enjoy all that Barcelona has to offer...

The kitchen has been newly installed and is fully equipped with vitroceramic counter tops, and all the commonplace items like washing machine, oven, fridge, pots, pans, coffee machine, toaster etc., The bathroom comprises of a shower unit, sink. The apartment is fitted with AC to keep the guest nice and cool during the long hot summer months that are commonly enjoyed in Barcelona; there is also heating for the upcoming winter and guests can be entertained by the TV and DVD player. All linens and towels are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.

For a bright, airy and comfortable apartment in Barcelona's old port of Barceloneta, with quick and easy access to all the places of interest, the Rossetti is the way to go.

  We stayed in the Rosetti apt for a week. The location was perfect: it was not far away from the city centre (you can walk or use the Metro "Barceloneta") and only 5 minutes to the beach. There are some nice restaurants and shops around. The appt is big enough for two people and nicely decorated. It feels more as living there than beeing on vacation.
  The service of the Friendly Rentals team was perfect, everybod was very friendly and helpful. We would book with friendly rentals again and also stay in the Rosetti appt again if available.

  Nicely appointed studio-like apartment. Very modern. Very convenient to the beach and the tourist areas. A little noisy at night but not overwhelming. Terrific for a couple.

  Charming apartment in a great neighborhood

  The apartment was a delightful gem, tiny, but perfect for a couple. There were two balconies that added charm and an old world feel, but the space was modern and clean, the bed comfortable, and there were just enough dishes and pots and pans for a short, casual stay. There were two flights of steep stairs to get into the apartment so it wouldn't be good for someone who had trouble climbing, but, once more, they were part of the charm and old world feel. The location was fantastic and nearby some excellent restaurants.

  A localização é perto da praia, da diversão, dos bairros turisticos, ponto de ônibus, metro, etc. Além de ser super seguro. O apartamento é igual ao apresentado nas fotos. Bem bacana. Recomendaremos com certeza. A pontualidade do atendimento do John e da July também são excelentes.
  (The location is near to the beach, the clubs, the touristic places, bus stop, metro, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment is exactly what showed in the pictures. John and July are on time, its good. We will recommend!)

  Nice small apartments across the street from Port Vell. 5 minutes of walk to any beach in Barceloneta and 15 to La Rambla. Great surroundings, especially liked the nearby market with fresh seafood. Apartments are small but everything what's needed is in there.
