Stayed 5 days check in was good met us early no hassle when checking out nice flat close to beach and market only drawback was the big trucks dumping trash cans in middle of night! but otherwise great.There are 50 steep steps to go up to get to the flat so keep that in mind.

The apartment was very nice, new in all parts and really very clean with a strategic location!!!
The CD/DVD recorder was broken, but it wasn'a problem for us.
There wasn't blinds/shutters (this was a lack just for me but not for my firiends)
The apartment is located at the second floor, with very steep stairs. Ok for young people (with light luggages).
At the check in, Friendly rentals grated us the possibility to deposit our luggages by their offices at the check out on sunday, but in fact, on sunday, the offices were closed! This is the only real bad surprise we had!

- Equipe: Très bien, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages dès notre arrivée le matin alors que le check in n'était prévu que l'après midi. Le check out s'est effectué sans problème, nous avons récupéré l'intégralité de notre caution
- Appart: Très bien, fonctionnel et très bien agencé. Nous étions 3 personnes et nous n'étions pas du tout à l'étroit.
- Localisation: Très bien, à proximité d'un supermarché, du métro barceloneta et de la plage. Nous ne manquions de rien.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement, avec un rapport qualité prix très intéressant et une équipe Friendly Rental avec qui nous n'avons rencontrée aucun problème!
