Located near... the Diagonal, this apartment offers the guest the best of both worlds; close enough to Plaza Cataluña and La Ramblas that the guest can amble their way down to enjoy such wonderful experiences as La Boqueria market, El Born or the Gothic Quarter, and as you walk out of the apartment buiding the guest can enjoy the huge shopping mecca Paseo de Gracia and all that la Diagonal has to offer...

The Apartment.

The Bulevard Deluxe apartment is a lovely four bedroom apartment located on the ground floor (there are a few steps to climb before entering the apartment) The apartment is in one of the many beautifully preserved buildings with doorman that you still find on this elegant boulevard. The apartment has been completely renovated to a high standard to ensure every comfort for guests.

The apartment comes with four bedrooms. There are two spacious double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and access to a private terrace. These bedrooms also have a small gallery area allowing the sunlight to flood in.

Of the two smaller bedrooms one has two single beds and wardrobe space for your belongings. The final bedroom has two single sofa beds - one of which is stored under the other when not in use. Alternatively, if these beds are not required, this room can be used as a small chill-out room and is the perfect spot to sit back with a bottle of wine and a book...

The tastefully decorated living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed for two additional guests. The dining table is located between the living area and kitchen which has been designed in an open plan way to ensure that the holiday chef is not separated from the rest of the group.

The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all the mod cons necessary to make your trip a stress free one like microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher,etc.

There are two full bathrooms each equipped with spacious walk in showers. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your arrival.

Whether you are in Barcelona for business or on holiday, the Bulevard Deluxe apartment will make the perfect base.
