A cozy and newly renovated apartment near Plaza de España and Trade Fair at Montjuic.
This is a lovely studio style apartment on the first floor of a modernist building - without elevator... It's location makes a great base from which to explore the wonderful sights and shopping of Barcelona.

Close to the Calabria II apartment is the convention centre of Fira de Montjuïc and Plaza de España. The apartment is well equipped and recently renewed.
It is in a quite area, not too touristic, and immediately near to the metro station (3 stops from Placa Catalunya).
The apartment itself is quite and there is more space than expected.
No windows on the external apart one blind balcony.
Located in a building without lift, with a quite narrow staircase to reach the first floor. -

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and ideally located. The pictures are deceiving in that the apartment was much bigger than I expected! I would happily stay in this very same apartment again!

The apartment is very hip, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location is 20 steps away from the Rocafort Metro Station. It is also in an area that has many cafes and restaurants, but isn't too crazy at night.
The only thing that we had an issue with was the lack of hot water. With four of us staying there, we had to stagger our showers and make them very short. Also, the bedroom got cold at times due to the lack of insulation.
But for the price, we couldn't be happier.
