Pros:
The Channing is in L'Eixample, close to restaurants, clubs, sites.
The owner is accommodating and helpful, very good pre-rental communication.
Nice living room, perfectly adequate kitchen, laundry and ironing board.
You feel very safe and the apartment is quiet at night.
Cons:
Bedroom have double beds and are right beside each other which cuts down on privacy.
Second bathroom is tiny, with vertical blinds for a door, lack of privacy.
If you have mobility issues you would have problems you might have issues entering the shower -

The apartment is spotless. It is very safe. There is a bus stop right across the street. There are great restaurants nearby.
Everything works: plumbing, wi-fi, kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, etc. It is quiet. The landlord is wonderful. -

Excellent apartment.
It's a few mininuites' walk from the the Gracia Street,
so there're many good restrants and Pubs.
It's located in the lively and safe area,
so we (2 women) could get drunk at the pub
and walk aroud at midnight every night.
The landlord is kind and punctual.
When we were having trouble opening the key
and called him,
He came in 30 minuites although It was maybe our fault.
Needless to say, The room is very beautiful.
My memory is still beautiful in BCN because I stayed here.
