The apartment was truly exquisite, no faults at all. The neighbours provided on going entertainment and banter which was much appreciated. The facilities catered for all our needs, particularly the first-class air-conditioning which after a heavy night out with the boys really came into its own. Perfect location, situated in a bustling area of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the notorious clubs of barcelona. You would be a fool not to stay here!

Good size apartment in the Gothic neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay and is close to everything, including La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas and the beach.The only drawbacks are the samll sized elevator (like in all old buldings in Europe) and the back view of the apartment that opens to all the hanging clothes of the neighbors. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again. Try the local restaurants that are 2 minutes away from the building.

The apartment was very big and fairly nice, with a small balcony off the living room. However, the advertising stated there was air conditioning in the apartment and there was only one unit in the living room. None of the 4 bedrooms had aircon units. It got hot in the evening and was not too comfortable. When we checked in they said it was only partial-air and as we discussed on the phone, they changed the website listing to ''partial aircon". Not very professional and the owner said talk to the agent, the agent said talk to the owner... back & forth... what could we do, we already arrived and it's august!
