it was the worst stay i ever had in barcelona. we had no working toilet for a week so i had to clean my own feces out of the toilet (we did get moved to a better flat on the last day - way too late). there
was no iron in the apartment (which was in the price (we got that on the 3rd day - also way to late). i was sent to the wrong check in to pick up the keys for the apartment (cost me 30€ extra taxi money had). my fc barcelona tickets where also sent to the wrong check in. all in all a terrible stay. this is now my second review that i have wrote about the apartment with no reply from your management. so i really hope that this message will be repleid to. as i think i deserve to know why everything went so terribly wrong and was so badly organized?

This flat was in the perfect in many ways. I was travelling with my son, sister and sister-in-law to visit a nephew studying in Barcelona. The location was perfect, the size of the rooms was perfect and the staff at Friendly Rentals helped us with directions to our place and some important tourist locations. We had three or four different students ask us where we got our rental so they could let family members know. They were impressed as well!
