Situated on Paseo de Colon, right by Port Vell, the location of this apartment is ideal. Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter, which really is the true heart of Barcelona, all the... places of interest are within easy walking distance such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the very trendy El Borne, which is full of great cafes, bars and restaurants. The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets where you will find plenty of cafés and bars. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.

The kitchen of this apartment is modern, clean and efficient; it comes equipped with all the usual mod cons for your stay so the guest can prepare any meal should they wish to... the kitchen provides a breakfast like counter or there is a table and chairs in the dining/living area for this purpose...

The bathroom is clean and fresh in look and comes with a shower and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival...

This apartment building does come with an elevator; this apartment also has AC and heating to ensure the guests are comfortable at any time of the year...

  Location great for bus,eating shopping, close to water. We walked almost everywhere in the city.
  The appartment was nicely furnished and we cooked breakfast and some dinners in since food did get pricy.We rented a apartment for privacy and got it, rarely seen anyone until 2A.M. The street below got noisy as bars closed and people left, thats when the noisy elevator dorrs startd clanging and the doors in other apartments would slam shut.
  We loved our stay for the sights and history,but if not for "ambian"(sleeping pill) we may not have had any sleep.
  We came away with the since that people there eat late and stay out late and then bring noisy friends back with no mind of the hour.
  Thanks to other peoples reveiws we had this picture before we rented. Maybe one day they will upgrade elevator and fix doors so they don't slamb so loud
