Great apartment, only 30 metres from the beach and from the Passeig Maritim.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment has 2 very nice balconies.

5 minutes wlking to the Barceloneta Metro Station, 10 minutes walking to the Gothic Quarter. And 15 minutes walking to the Ramblas and Colombus Monument. Barceloneta the original “fishermen’s area” of Barcelona. If you like cooking this apartment has a marvellous market for sea food, only 2 min walking from the front door. Fabulous location to enjoy and explore the city and the beaches. Outstanding location for Sea Lovers, 50 meters f...rom Beach Bars and from the Sea Boulevard. Convenience store, restaurants and bars just around the corner, serving tasty portions of Paella and local fish freshly caught. Within 40 meters is also the port of Barcelona, where you can find some of the finest sea food restaurants in the city. And as well lively bars of all varieties. Just 10 minutes walking is the Gothic Quarter, a beautiful area with buildings from XIII and XIV century. Charming winding streets and stunning archways. In the Gothic you can also find the Picasso Museum, the basilica of “Santa Maria del Mar”, the famous “Las Ramblas”, the “Palau de la Música” concert hall and many other sites of interest. The area is alive with little boutiques, art and craft shops, “tapas” bars and pavement cafes. To the other side of Barceloneta you will find the Villa Olímpica, with its shopping areas, Casino and frenetic night-life. There are easy transport options to all parts of Barcelona, including “Plaza Cataluña” where the Tourist Bus departures, and to the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’s masterpiece of architectural creativity.   Always respecting the opinion of others we answer to this review.
  The building stairways was at that time under a renovation process
  (consequence: it is clearly annoying)
  Once finished it is in perfect conditions, We are sorry for the inconvenience at that time.
  The apartment is located in it is kept always in perfect cleaning conditions, and it is not extremely small.
  When a reservation is done one must read, because if the y don’t.
  do not inform himself of the necessary informations and conditions of the product which is been bought.
  In this case the apartment has exactly the same amount of meters reported in the advert.
  
  We would also like to remark that the apartments in the area of “Playa de la ¡Barceloneta “ and “Historical District” the buildings, stairways, etc… are in special conditions, because as we say they are “de la época” which is the understanding that the most aspects of the property and buildings are renewed and others are kept on the same historical type, that some find it charming.
  The apartment here mentioned has been managed for over 4 years and until now all clients were satisfied with the area, our services, and for the apartment interior., but we understand some have their special tastes and cannot understand the charm of our old city.
  The horrible stay described by this client we cannot be fully understood by any means, since that in the moment you occupy one of our apartments and it does not pleases you, it should be immediately notified.
  And together with the client we find a solution to its complains.
  There is absolutely no reason for a client to suffer a whole stay in an apartment where you are not content.
  So we do not understand neither accept such complain.
  By our very own terms and conditions we state this. That we only accept complains during our stay so we can check the veracity of the complains and if possible try to emend it.
