The perfect base for any visit to Barcelona. This building was completely renovated in April 2010 with style and comfort in mind. Not only will you appreciate this wonderful apartment, you can also benefit from being in the heart of this vibrant city with everything you could possibly need within a very short walk.

The Apartment:

This lovely apartment is one of several we can offer in the building. The photographs are a selection of the various units. The apartments may vary slightly in the layout or décor but the features are the same. Your specific ap...artment will be allocated on arrival.

This fabulous three bedroom apartment will ensure that your stay in Barcelona is a comfotable and relaxing one. Recently refurbished, the apartment has a modern and bright feel.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area has a comfortable sofa where you can kick back and relax after a busy day. The large flat screen TV and DVD can help you relax, though this may not be necessary if you take full advantage of the Barcelona nightlife! In this area and throughout the apartment, we have maintained important original characteristics of the building such as the exposed beam ceilings, original floor tiles and exposed brick walls. It is a combination which works very well. In the living room, there is a full wall of windows which ensures the maximum amount of mediterranean sunlight throughout the day.

The kitchen comes completely equipped with everything from coffee-maker, juicer and toaster to dishwasher,washing machine and dryer. With a local market a few minutes away, you will definately be tempted to try out your culinary skills.

Each of the bedrooms come with ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and ens-suite bathroom, the second bedroom two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed.

Both full bathrooms are modern and elegant in style and come with shower, washbasin and toilet. Fresh towels and linens are available on arrival.

The apartment comes complete with central A/C and heating and wi-fi internet.

The photographs shown are a selection from several of the apartments in the building, but all of the apartment interiors are identical with small changes in colour/decoration.

This is surely the perfect location for any business or leisure trip to Barcelona.

Please note that young groups are not permitted in this apartment.

  The apartment was perefectly located for our stay - walking distance from the festival we'd come to attend but also allowing us to be near most attractions & shopping, in a pleasant residential area. The flat was lovely - the living area was on the small side but it was clean and well equipped throughout, and when we had a small issue with the fuse box, the agency were quick to send someone to sort it out. The only downside was the lack of flexibility in terms of allowing a slightly later check-out - meaning our exit had to be very rushed, under the disapproving glare of a very annoyed cleaning lady who'd turned up before we were quite ready to go... The agency staff were friendly and polite at all times otherwise and the high standard of the flat was a very pleasant surprise. Friendly Rentals really made everything easy with this booking. I'll definitely recommend Friendly Rentals to other friends and colleagues and use them again myself.

  This recently renovated apartment was very comfortable and in a great location - close to the Palau de Musica Catalunya (go to a concert!), Mercat Santa Catarina (great for food and other supplies) and within easy walking distance to attractions. Very quiet and interesting to see how locals live rather than be surrounded by tourists.
