Sants neighborhood of Barcelona (Spain) located in the south of the city. It belongs to the Eixample district, bordering the Eixample district of Barcelona to the northeast, the northwest of Les Corts and the town of Hospitalet de Llobregat to the south.

It's a neighborhood with a strong identity, the neighborhood's main artery is Calle de Sants or popularly known as Carretera de Sants, linking Barcelona Spain Square with the town of Hospitalet de Llobregat. La Calle de Sants is the main artery of the neighborhood and a shopping center with an intensity that few streets of the world equal. It is an ideal place for urban commerce, backe...d by more than 300 shops in the street and make it the longest shopping street in Europe.

The neighborhood itself is considered the best statement of Barcelona. Within walking distance of the Calle de Sants Station is Barcelona Sants main train station in Catalonia and the second in Spain. Thanks to its proximity to the El Prat airport, offers direct rail service also has the trains, long-haul and high speed. Pass through the station subway lines L5 and L3, buses 57,157,54, N2, tourist bus

from any point of this neighborhood can walk to the beautiful Montjuic Plaça Espanya and where you will find the Poble Espanyol, the Magic Fountain and the rooms Fira de Barcelona. If you walk to the other side will come to the Nou Camp, to the fields of FC Barcelona or you do some shopping in the complex located on L'Illa Diagonal.

The main monuments, museums and tourist attractions are connected via subway, bus and train with this neighborhood and Our Partner Lofts.

In the Barcelona Sants is the LOFT BLACK . Specifically, is located on the fifth floor of a new building. It has an area of 45 m2 on a single purpose room with 3 bright environments due to the large windows of the loft available.

The living room is the heart of the Loft and the area where the environment is distributed in the dining room. This area is closest to the kitchen. In it, we can find a table with 4 black leather chairs, a sofa for 2 people extensible round coffee table. In front of the couch is a piece of furniture with TV and our library of guidebooks.

The bedroom comprises a double bed with latex mattress, bedside tables and wardrobe 3 doors with iron.

The kitchen is fully equipped office and ( hob, decorative extractor hood, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster).

The bathroom furniture consists of a dark brown color, with hydromassage shower and bath screen.Read more

  Lors de notre séjour barcelonais nous avions l'embarras du choix de logements, c'est celui de Imma et Eduard que nous avons choisis, Notre choix c'est avéré vraiment formidable.
  En effet, que dire du loft black and white, tout est raffinement , fait pour le confort, Salle de bain avec douche spacieuse, machine a laver, sans oublier les serviettes en grand nombre et surtout le 2 peignoirs joliment pliés.
  La cuisine moderne a souhait avec plaque a induction, lave vaisselle, Nespresso, micro ondes etc.
  A proximité de l'évier une corbeille de fruits, des gâteaux, des chocolats, des boissons dans le réfrigérateur etc.
  Nos hôtes n'ont de cesse que notre confort et lorsque Eduard a commencé les explications sur les sites touristiques, les moyens de transports métro, bus, tram sans oublier l carnet de tickets de transport.
  Alors si vous avez le choix n'hésitez pas un instant, ils sont géniaux.

  Un accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire avec toutes les explications nécessaires au fonctionnement et aux commodités du quartier.
  Appartement bien équipé,peu bruyant, lit très confortable, coin salon très agréable.
  Marché quotidien de qualité et proche de l'appartement. Tous les autres commerces sont aussi à proximité.
  Option garage très pratique.

  L appartement est trés fonctionnel et confortable,il est trés bien équipé,la décoration est soignée et fidéle aux photos.Particulièrement appréciable les draps de lit et les serviettes et peignoirds gratuits surtout quand on prend l'avion et qu'on ne veut pas avoir trop de bagages.Le quartier est trés agréable,l'appartement se situe à 10 min à pied du campnou,30 min de la place d'Espagne et du parc Montjuic et du musée (à pied),on peut se rendre en 15 min en métro à la place catalunya (métro à 2 min de l'appartement).Accueil particulièrement chaleureux puisque Eduard et imma sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport à notre arrivée et nous ont accompagnés pour le retour puis nous ont expliqués le fonctionnement des moyens de transports,les lignes de métro pour se rendre sur les sites touristiques ainsi que les titres de transport les moins chers.Sur place était disponible des boissons,des fruits et de la documentation sur Barcelone.

  Très bel appartement qui correspond tout à fait aux photos. Rien ne manque : corbeille de fruits, boissons fraiches, café, produits de toilette, linge de toilette, peignoirs, guides touristiques en plusieurs langues ... Appartement très proche des transports en commun et des commerces.
  quartier calme. Les propriétaires sont a-Do-ra-bles : avenants, souriants, prenant le temps d'expliquer et de répondre à nos questions. Parking voiture très appréciable. Tout était parfait. Nous le conseillons vivement et le ferons savoir autour de nous. A bientôt !

  Everything is perfect, close to a subway station, very nice, quiet and very well equiped appartement. A nice fruit basket was waiting for us at arrival and Imma and Edouard did offer us the transportation from the train station and to the airport (even at 4 am on a sunday).
  Edouard gave ua a lot of explanation for our visit in Barcelona.
  I will recommand the appartement to all my friends.

  Very warm welcome. Detailed information by the owner on how to use public transportation in Barcelona, and how to get to the various points of interest.
  Very clean and very well equipped apartment. Very close to public transports (Metro), grocery stores and bakeries.
  
  Lots to see in Barcelona: Sagrada Familia (a must), Mnac (Museum), Guell Park, La Rambla (a must), etc.

  We have just come back from Barcelona and the White loft we stayed in was really great: Corresponding to the pictures on the net, very clean and with all you can need in a flat. The landlord came to the airport to take us (very comfortable!) and then he gave us all the information about the neighbourhood and the transports.
  Fruit , cookies and soft drinks as a welcome too. We'll get back, for sure.

  My girlfriend and I were picked up by Eduard and Imma at the airport. They were extremely helpful and drove us to where we stayed. We stayed in the loft black and it looked exactly like the pictures. Eduard spent a solid hour with us teaching us the metro/bus system and various useful information. They were very friendly and kind to us. The room had cable tv, good appliances, a nice bathroom, and fast wi-fi internet. We could not have asked for a better place. The room was located next to Badal metro stop and it was very quick to get anywhere in the city. We stayed for 3 nights and Eduard picked us up and took us back to the airport. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to enjoy Barcelona!

  Nous avons passé trois jours dans l'Atic loft d'Imma et Eduard, 2 hôtes très sympathiques qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule à merveille. Accueil très chaleureux, ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer tout ce qui pouvait faciliter notre séjour (commerces à proximité de l'appartement, transports, restaus...) et se sont montrés très disponibles et pleins d'attentions, comme le panier d'accueil à notre arrivée dans l'appartement avec plein de petites choses à grignoter, des fruits et boissons fraîches... L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre, beaucoup de linge de toilette, des peignoirs de bain, tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires, lave linge, sèche cheveux... (et même un guide de la ville dans notre langue) ! On voit que tout a été pensé dans cet appartement pour réellement accueillir les hôtes, rien ne manque. Le parking qui peut être loué à proximité est très pratique et le quartier est très commerçant et à deux pas des transports. Bref, une adresse à retenir sans hésitation si nous retournons à Barcelone !

  We were happy to stay in Eduard's apartment twice already. Eduard and Imma are nicest people in Barcelona. They met us kindly in airport and brought to airport at the end of stay, provided us with all necessary information about nearby shops, markets, places to eat, transportation to the city center and places of interest, and local events. The apartment is fully equipped. There's absolutely everything you need, even bathrobes. The district around is calm and full of food stores (Carrerfour, groceries, bakery, hamon shop) and there's a big marketplace on Placa de Sants in 5 minutes walk. It takes 2 min to the metro station and bus stop which is very convenient. Buses go every 10-20 min directly to placa Espanya and Barcelonetta with its beaches.
  The building is newly build, pretty looking inside. The windows of apartment faces tranquil inner yard, so you can sleep comfortably in soft bed with open windows and not be disturbed by any noice.
  We had great time in this apartment, can recommend it to everyone and surely will return next time.

  I had read a lot of good reviews about Eduard's properties and can only say they were right. From the moment of the reservation till our departure we felt at home, taken care of and really welcome.
  Our loft was cozy and comfortable, fitted with high end equipment and ideal for a short stay in wonderful Barcelona.
  Eduard and Imma were in contact with us prior to our arrival with all kind of information regarding our trip to Barcelona and to the loft. They were waiting for us when we arrived, showed us the place and filled us with more info on transportation, tourism, security, etc.
  They are extremely professional and friendly and I cannot recommend them enough for your next trip to Barcelona.
  The loft is located in a nice urban area very close to public transport, so you can be wherever in about 15 minutes. It's calm and bright and beautifully decorated.

  Appartamento fantastico ed ancor più fantastici i proprietari che, con la lora gentilezza hanno arricchito il bellissimo ricordo di Barcellona. La zona è perfetta, totalmente servita e ben posizionata (è importante scegliere una zona tranquilla, soprattutto se, come nel ns. caso, si viaggia con bimbi): vicina al centro, ben collegata ma al contempo sicura! L'appartamento è pulitissimo e arredato di fresco e le mille cure dei proprietari saranno per noi indimenticabili. Lo risceglieremmo mille volte. Grazie ad Eduard ed Imma!

  Nice appartment with all necessary equipment. Full kitchen, TV with a lot of channels, dishwasher, bathroom with rainshower, free WiFi, ... and on arrival beer and soft drinks in the fridge + a lot of fruit.
  
  Furthermore eduard and Imma picked us up at the airport and brought us back. We stayed for 7 nights in the Black Loft and payed 500 €. Very good price-quality value
  
  If we come back to Barcelona, we will definitely stay again in the black loft

  We have spent 5 nights at attic Loft and really recommend it for a short even for long stays for anyone.
  Attic Loft has everything you need in your house.
  Kitchen is very well equipped,including coffee maker to orange juicer, dozens of plates and glasses including mugs and wine glasses, pans and pots, microwave and oven.
  Bathroom is very convenient and clean. Towels were as if they were brand new. Terrace was great with its unique ambiance and freshness.
  Eduard took us from airport and dropped us on our leave. This is a great experience if you are visiting a city for the first time.
  The location of the loft is almost perfect. Five minutes walk to metro station, and even if you want to take a taxi to Plaça de Catalunya, it is less than ten euros.
  When we arrived at loft, Imma and Eduard spent more than one hour with us for telling us about public transportation, what to see, what to eat, and how to enjoy Barcelona. Eduard had filled three a4 size papers for recommendations and quick maps, great !
  We have deposited €100 on our arrive and received it completely back on our leave.
  We think that we have a friend couple in Barcelona.

  L'appartement très agréable, lumineux, moderne. Entièrement équipe de tous ce qu on a besoin. La terrasse trop bien pour manger dehors tranquillement en plein air. L appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du métro, bus, magasins. On a eu de très bon temps et on a profité à fond de notre séjour. Entièrement satisfaite de notre séjour, à recommander sans hésiter.
  J ai failli oublié qu en plus le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à l aéroport et nous emmené au retour. Comme ça on n à même pas eu à se casser la tête comment y aller. Les proprios très sympa et ils nous ont tout explique avec un petit plan

  Decided to stay here for a short holiday in Barcelona. Must say that this is a great location, very convenient with all the little shops and supermarkets just a couple minutes away. There is also a fresh market just down the road, making it very easy to grab ingredients for the kitchen should you wish to cook dinner yourself. Also very easy to get into the center of Barcelona, without being immersed in all the noise and pollution. The house was very cosy and well furnished, and the owners - Eduard and Imma - were ideal hosts. Highly recommended.

  A perfect vacation in a perfect place

  First of all I didn't upload any pictures, because the posted ones are accurate.
  
  We were privileged to stay at the Loft Red for two weeks. Eduard and Imma, the owners could not have been nicer people. They picked us up at the airport, drove us to the apartment, showed us around, and spend a good hour and a half with us, explaining all the markets, opening hours, how the public transportation works etc. I do not speak any Spanish, but had no problem communication with Eduard and Imma as they both speak English.
  
  The apartment itself is amazing, it is just outside the downtown area of Barcelona, quiet, clean, just as advertised. Not a single criticism from me. Located next to the subway stop Badal, just a five minute walk from the Camp Nou. Public transportation is amazing in Barcelona, during main hours a train runs about every three minutes, so it takes 15 minutes to get downtown and even during evening and night hours there is a train every 7-10 minutes. The fresh market was a three minute walk away and they have everything from fresh!! Fish and seafood to all vegetables, tapas, meats and meats and meats etc. Also there are two major grocery stores within three walking minutes. In closing I would say that you cannot go wrong staying at this place, and you will have two amazing friends in Barcelona after your stay. Book it!

  Se volete visitare Barcellona, io e la mia famiglia vi consigliamo sicuramente questo appartamento situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale. La vicinanza con la metro(2-3 minuti a piedi) vi farà arrivare in pieno centro in 10-15 minuti.E che dire dei proprietari?
  Imma ed Eduard si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e premurosi. Al nostro arrivo ci sono venuti a prendere all'aeroporto e ci hanno riaccompagnato per la partenza!!! Sono stati cordiali e presenti quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di consigli. L'appartamento è recentissimo,luminoso e tranquillo.L'arredamento è confortevole vi farà sentire subito a vostro agio.Barcellona merita di essere visitata e farlo con una location così ve la farà apprezzare ancora di più!!!

  Perfect loft in Barcelona

  My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to stay at the White loft during our 8 night visit to Barcelona.
  
  The most friendly Eduard & Imma met us at the loft since we decided to drive to Barcelona from Holland. They were very gracious and helped us with a parking spot.
  
  Once we had unloaded all our luggage, they escorted us to the loft. We were sooo happy with what we saw. The loft was absolutely gorgeous. It looked just like the pictures. And it was immaculately clean. Fresh towels and bathrobes were laid out on the bed. They had provided us with some fresh fruit and oranges for freshly squeezed juice in the morning. It was like staying at a close friend's place who had thought of everything we could possibly need to have an enjoyable stay.
  
  Eduard & Imma took the time to explain the workings of the stove, nespresso machine, microwave, shower, washer/dryer, etc. And then they sat down with us to tell us all about the neighbourhood; pointed out the best places for grocery shopping, explain how to get around by bus, train, car; they even drew us maps! They were great.
  
  The area itself was so close to everything: the metro, bakeries, fruit & vegetable stores, even a huge Carrefour. Everything was no more than a 5 minute walk away from the loft. The area was also very safe to walk in, even at night. What we especially loved was that you could hop on the bus and be at the beach in 10 minutes!
  
  We will definitely stay with Eduard & Imma again the next time we visit Barcelona. They have thought of everything that you could possibly need while staying at their loft. The loft is beautiful. Perfect location. 5 stars all the way. And the price can't be beat!

  A lovely apartment 10 minutes from the heart of Barcelona!

  The apartment was a single room, open plan apartment on the 4th Floor of a very modern building. The modern style was kept throughout the apartment with all the latest technology (TV, Wi-Fi, Fridge, Microwave, Hob.) The cooking utensils all really help when aiming to keep costs down while on holiday as you can cook for yourself. It was also great to find plenty of guidebooks in a variety of languages in the apartment.
  
  The location of the apartment is situated about 2 minutes walk away from the 'Badal' Metro Line (Blue) which is connected with Plaça de Sants, Sants-Estació, Diagonal and Sagrada Família all within 10 minutes after jumping on the fully air conditioned tubes! This is the perfect location for people wishing to keep out of the busy town of Barcelona, but allows you to be immersed in the beautiful city of Barcelona extremely quickly. We would recommend buying a 'T-10' ticket which allows 10 journeys for €9.75 which is a bargain!
  
  The hosts (Eduard and Imma) are the perfect hosts, they picked us up from the airport at 21:00 hours and then (as one of us was a coeliac) drove us straight to a supermarket which catered for those needs. All the while explaining in very good English other gluten-free shops, and offering tips on how to skip the queues regarding the popular landmarks within Barcelona! After arriving at the apartment they spent a long time with us drawing maps, asking us where we wanted to vista and then telling us the best way to get there. Again, as promised, we were picked up and taken to the airport at exactly the time we asked and they were kind enough to wait outside while we checked all our flight details. We would like to thank you again for a lovely stay in Barcelona.

  My wife and I enjoyed 10 days in Barcelona in June, and were very pleased with the "red loft" flat. Clean, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and in a quiet building with a lift. Wi-fi, air conditioning, comfortable, close to shops, metro & bus stops. And Eduard and Imma are wonderful hosts, meeting us at the airport and taking us back for our departure. Heartily recommended!

  Hi everyone. If you need recipe how to spend how to spend vacations in Spain and fill your life with unforgettable memories follow the recipe described below. First of all it would be good if you will have an opportunity to travel through the country, and the best way to do that from my point of view is a train. Siemens make beautiful and unbelivable fast trains. Madrid-Barcelona. 2:30 hours. Over this trip we haven't met even one tourist. Lounging comfortably in the chair, stuck the headphones in your ears, you feel the need for a cold beer and stockpiled in advance jamon. Restauraunt will help you to achive Nirvana. Over this trip 3 cans of beer will made your life better, believe me:)) While you arrived you don't have to worry cause you'll be greeted by a family of wonderful people and delivered saved and sound throught the city centre right to your appartments (free of charge by the way). My wife said only "A-ah-ah" when we entered this beutifully decorated flat and started to spinning around. Guys, i don't lie. We have less furniture in my own flat. I loved it. We were welcomed by a basket of fresh fruits (that is so nice...have you ever meet such things??) I really even don't know how to describe these amazing days started from espresso ata the Rovira bakery right near the apartments and all these amazing fresh fruits, historical sights, parks and fountains.incredible coctail of fun which ends up in the Eduard's car going to the airport at the sinset while you try to understand a simple true. Everything has it's end. Me and my wife definitely reccomend these apartments. Try. You will understand why and you won't regret.

  Wonderful apartment in the Perfect Location

  We stayed a week in the Red Loft and could have stayed longer. The apartment looked just like in the pictures. It was very modern with every convenience you would need. Very close to bus, metro, stores and restaurants. Eduardo and Imma and the perfect hosts taking the time to pick us up from the cruise terminal and draw us maps of the area, explaining the bus and metro system and suggesting places for us to see. When we were leaving they picked us up and took us to the airport. We highly reccomend this apartment and would definetly staye there again ourselves.

  Si vous souhaiter visiter Barcelone, le 'Red Loft' appartement de Eduard et Imma sont le logement idéal. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un endroit bien calme, mais toutefois à deux pas du métro, lignes d'autobus et commerces.
  Eduard et Imma nous ont accueilli à l' aéroport et ils ont donné plein d'information pour nous faciliter notre séjour à Barcelone. Ils sont toujours disposé à aider.
  Nous recommandons vivement le Red Loft pour votre prochain séjour à Barcelone. Nous y retournerons certainement, Barcelone est une ville extraordinaire et Eduard et Imma sont des hôtes merveilleux.

  We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in March 2012. It was a truly beautiful place to stay and the location couldn't be more convenient for us. Having arrived in Barcelona to participate in FC Barcelona soccer school activities, my son and me, we had the most comfortable emplacement- a little walking distance from the Camp Now and the Miniestadis- the stadium where the football trainnings took place.
  The apartment is on a small quite street off Carrer des Sants (district Les Corts) with a very convenient public transports to reach the city center. The bus and metro stations (Badal) are just arround the corner! Many shops, markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants are in a short walking distance- very excellent location, especial for anyone without a car!
  The apartment itself is remarkably clean and maintained: modern furnitures and household appliances! Everything that you need for cooking, cleaning and laundry is there! Also plenty of towels, bed-linens,bathrobes etc. You can really feel at home!
  The owners, Eduard and Imma, are remarkably welcoming, helpful and very attentive to every question or request! We are grateful to our hosts who were more than willing to help us, especially for to accompany us from and to the airport! We felt very assuared during our stay in Barcelona because of Eduard and Imma attention and cares towards us! Thanks so much for making our stay wonderful and comfortable!
  We would recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to have a "no problem" stay in Barcelona and to feel like at home with the best freinds!
  We would love to rent this apartment again the next time we return. So, be quick about this apartment reservation!

  Appartement très confortable avec tous les équipements et très propre.
  Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par des propriétaire extrèmement gentils, pleins d'intention pour nous faciliter notre séjour.La situation de l'appartement est excellente à 2 pas du métro dans un quartier avec tous les magasins utiles.
  Pour les fans de foot: 10 mn à pied du Camp Nou!
  Merci à Eduard et Imma pour avoir assuré nos trajets à l'aéroport à des heures difficiles.

  Appartamento esattamente come da descrizione, pulito, ordinato e confortevole. All'interno è disponibile tutto ciò che serve sia per il Bagno che per la Cucina. Eduard ed Imma perfetti e simpatici, ci hanno preso e riaccompagnati all'aeroporto ed inoltre ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per un soggiorno indimenticabile.
  Il terrazzino con il tramonto indimenticabile!

  We stayed at the apartment for 10 days. The rates were very reasonable and the owners, Eduard and Ima, picked us up at the airport on arrival and dropped us off when we left. The apartment is an excellent for two, well equipped and clean. The kitchen facilities are more than adequate if you decide to self-cater. There are lots of stores/supermarkets in the vicinity, so buying fresh produce and groceries couldn't be easier. The metro station is less than 300 metres from the front door. There are also a few restaurants in the area, the closest being just opposite the front door of the apartment building. Highly recommended!

  Flat is nice and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Very near to metro, convenient for getting around the city. About 15 minutes walk to train station, good for daytrips to nearby towns. Not many restaurants near the flat though. Loved the nespresso machine and wifi. Tv could do with a few English channels.

  The service that I received was excellent and pleasant. Eduard provided the round trip transportation between the airport and the apartment. There was a welcome package including fruits, water and sodas. He showed me around the neighborhood and provided materials for sightseeing. The location is very convenient. The apartment has all the necessary amenities.

  8 days in Barcelona

  The flat is very beautiful: modern furniture, kitchen with everything necessary, quite, comfortable. Especially was very good for us was free Wi-Fi, so you can take netbook with yourself.
  The situation of apartments was also very convenient - 2 minutel walk to Metro station (Badal), 5-7 minutes to supermarkets.
  Big thanks to Eduard for his meeting us at the airport, and returning back there at the day of departure (it was early morning). Also rather pleasant surprise for us was present as bottles of Sprite and Cola in the fridge of kitchen. It was very nice because after long way we wery very thirsty =)
  Recommended for everybody who want to spent wonderful time on Barcelona!
  The next time we will surely stay in Eduard's apartments.
