The Apartment

Charming apartment nearby the Gaudì’s Sagrada Familia, decorated in light pink/violet tones, perfect for up 4 guests, Families or group of friends. It is a really warm apartment: you will feel like home right away! The two bedrooms are both spacious and both have big armchairs for the luggage and all your things: the first one with a double bed, the second one has 2 single beds. The apartment has a complet...e bathroom with shower and another one with toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen is perfect if you would prefer to have launch or dinner at home. It is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances you could need staying away from home: oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (everything is new).

In the apartment you can also find washing/drying machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, towels and linen. The bright living room is the perfect place to have some relaxing moment. It is a quiet space with a comfortable sofa, TV, hi-fi system, dvd, Wi-Fi connection and a proper second living room is outside of a big window. The Area

The location is strategic if you have never been to Barcelona! Very close to the Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia and the renowned Passeig de Gracia, close to the Gran Via (where metro and buses stop by) close to the centre, but far from the high prices (and the chaos) of that area. Only 10 minutes walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and the beach, few minutes to arrive also to the Plaza de Toros and to many others tourist attraction. The best place for families, with lots of shops during the day and safe during the night.

  We were warmly welcomed by Christian after a long flight and arriving to a centrally located and inviting apartment was very comforting. The apartment is very clean and well appointed with all the mod cons and the terrace is amazing!. It's well located and there is plenty of public transport located near by. The apartment is within a safe and secure building and is very quite, with plenty of cafe's and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The apartment and service that Ida and Christian made our stay in Barcelona very enjoyable; look no further when booking accommodation in Barcelona.
