Really nice apartment with 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom with bathroom in suite), living room, bathroom and american kitchen.
Apartment really sunny and comfortable, perfect for a family or a group of friends.
The bedrooms are distribuited as follow:
1st bedroom: new double bed, for 2 guests with bathroom in suite;
2nd bedroom: new two single bed, for 2 guest;
3rd bedroom: new double bed (of 1,35 cm) for 1 or 2 guests.

I stayed in this apartment with my family and it was the best decition ever!! The apartment was very clean and lovely decorated, with everything we coul've needed. It is exactly like the pictures, really big and we really felt like home. The location was also perfect, quiet neighbourhood and right next to the arco triunfo, we walked everywhere! Ida and Christian were wondeful as well!! From the first time we spoke they were really nice, they explained us everything about the city, gave us maps and were available 24/7. Great experience, i would totally come back to this apartment or any of their apartments! 5 stars! :)

Appartement très bien situé, à 20 minutes à pied de la mer, 15 minutes à pied de Las Ramblas...très propre, moderne, grand, spacieux, calme, pratique !!! Je le conseille vivement !!! Petit bémol : terrasse très petite (2 mètres carré) .

We were very pleased with the apartment. Great location and still very quiet in the evening and at night. Close to the station and a large supermarket.
Ida was very kind and the key pickup went almost perfect (had to wait fifteen minutes). Good price quality ratio. Definitely recommended. Though a very small elevator. Hardly suitable for prams or wheelchairs. -

Merci pour le beau séjour que nous avons passé à Barcelone. L'accueil par la propriétaire a été très chaluereux et rempli de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme,avec des commerces de proximité au pied de l'immeuble. L'appartement est très propre, agréable pour un séjour avec des enfants.

We, six guys, came over to Barcelona for the Primerva Sound Festival in May/June 2012. The festival meant late nights and a few of drinks for five straight nights so we were only looking for somewhere to rest our heads ready for the next day, but this flat was much more. It was neat, and tidy and free wifi meant we were entertained while recoving from our hangovers. The location was great and the transport links were ideal for the all of the festival venues, airport, town and the beach as well as other sites. Chris and Ida were great with information from initial enquiry through to check out.
I have marked comfort down because of the heat during the day when we were trying to get some sleep but that is not their fault, I would include air-con as a prerequisite for future trips and if these guys can accomadate that then no need to look elsewhere.

The communication with Ida, Patricia and Christian while booking, checking in was good. It was nice to be in an apartment that is in a safe residential neighborhood with good markets, bakeries and restaurants within 1 block. The location was good to go anywhere. We walked everywhere even though the metro was nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had laundry facilities. The only small issues were a small shower in the second bathroom and the back room was a bit stuffy. However, we would stay again there any time! Has everything you need.

I went to Barcelona during the 2012 Eurocup. The energy in Barcelona was electric! The location of this apartment was close to everything. If we needed to go anywhere it was very easy to get to a metro and make our way around the city. What I liked most was being close to local restaurants and shops as opposed to the tourist areas. I ate and drank as the locals ate and drank. The apartment was very well kept and had plenty space. The beds were slightly uncomfortable (which I find normal in most hotels and apartments). The only real issue I had was that it did not have air conditioning. This was only a problem in the evenings of the very hot days. Otherwise we did get quite a nice breeze flowing theoughout the apartment. Ida and Christian were very nice and very helpful. They made our stay easy.

From the time we enquired about this apartment to the time we left Barcelona, the whole process has been very easy and stress free. I am rather sceptical about online apartment photos etc but my faith was restored as what we saw was even better in real life. Our group of 5 was very comfortable with the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom layout. The apartment is modern and very spacious with spacious kitchen and washing facilities. In regards to location, the beach is about a 10-15 walk but you are very central to the heart of Barcelona. The checkin / checkout process by Christian was smooth and hassle free. All in all a great stay was had by all.

Très bel appartement,bien aménagé fonctionnel et propre. L'emplacement dans Barcelone est privilégié. Très bon contact avec notre propriétaire sympathique qui a su se montrer aussi discret que bon conseilleur dans nos demandes de restaurants locaux! Nous avons passé, en famille, un super séjour à Barcelone et nous avons aimé notre nid douillet, La wifi est un plus non négligeable! Apartamento muy bonito, bien funcional y limpio. El emplazamiento en Barcelona es privilegiado. Contacto muy bueno con nuestro propietario simpático qué supo mostrarse tan discreto como buen consejero en nuestras demandas de restaurantes locales! Pasamos, en familia, una estancia super en Barcelona y nos gustó nuestro nido blando, El wifi es más despreciable! Very beautiful apartment, fitted out well functional and clean. The location in Barcelona is privileged. Very good contact with our nice owner who knew how to show himself so discreet as good adviser in our demands of local restaurants! El apartamento resulto super comodo y funcional. La comodidad de contar con dos baños completos, una cocina muy bien equipada y una distribucion excelente, ademas de estar en un lugar estrategicamente bien ubicado por las cercanias a diferentes medios de transporte hicieron que nos decidamos por él.
De volver a Barcelona, sin dudas lo volveriamos a elegir. Los propietarios, de primera!! -
