This large house in the Costa Brava is situated in Caldes d'Estrac, which is a small town and 40 kilometres from Barcelona. The beautiful beach is near and the mountain landscape, culture and the variety of activities offered make this area a great tourist destination. You can visit the Picasso Museum and the known Colón Spa Hotel, or also Port Balís, which has many good restaurants with terraces. In the Nautic Club you can also make different activities such as windsurfing or sailing.

The House is located within the urbanisation La Indiana, situated in a privileged location..., overlooking the sea. Situated on the hillside, but very close to the sea. There is a private garden and a common garden with shared pool.

This modern accommodation in Costa Brava boasts 300 m m² and 5 bedrooms (one en suite, 3 double rooms and 1 single room). Three bathrooms are fully equipped.
