The villa is located in a secure, green, cool and silent environment very close to Baga, Calangute and Anjuna beaches. There are four bedrooms, three with attached bath; air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen and living room with garden. Uninterrupted water supply. This newly constructed villa, belongs to a complex of 9 deluxe villas with swimming pool. A supermarket is nearby which houses all essentials. Television and Caretaker available.

I had been to this villa in Dec 2011 with my cousins. we were in a big group and we all liked the place and would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and relatives, visiting Goa. Close to Baga Beach approx 4 kms.
Few things, like dedicated care taker and maid would definately make it more guest friendly.
Apart from these, I must say that the comfort given by the owner to us was really appreciable. Look forward to become his guest again...

The location is in the woods and is very peaceful. It's proximity to both baga and calungute makes it easily accessible by a vehicle ( which you can easily get). The price was very reasonable and the owner is quite approachable.
In all, I would recommend this accommodation to families willing to stay away from the noise of calungute and baga yet willing to stay close to it. -

Bungalow is ideal for a big family. We were 3 couples & five children along with a senior citizen. Was very comfortable for all of us.

It was very pleasant to stay here being close to Bagha beach...the villa is very well furnished with all necessary amenities and very good supporting staff which helped us in all possible manner

We had a family reunion at the villa and it was a great experience. The manager responded promptly to any requests that we made and the location allowed us to feel like we were part of the local crowd. Baga and Calangute hotspots were close enough. Our family included a mixed bag of young children and elderly people and everybody had a good time.
It would be good if there was some regular cleaning help to do the janitorial services at least twice a day.Response from T. Madhavan - 07/30/2011

a trip to goa is the perfect way to unwind oneself and if you plan to
do it then why not pamper yourself that extra bit. the four bedroom
villa in parra that we had booked for our last stay in goa was just
the perfect recluse to let our hair down and indulge in some great
in-door fun... fully air conditioned, nicely furnished and you'll have
everything that you might need somewhere around in the villa itself...
the hall is very spacious and has a LCD TV and DVD player too and the
kitchen's provided with a fridge and microwave and all the utensils
and crockery. not that far from the beaches and not right in the midst
of all the hullabaloo, the place also has a pool adjacent to it for
those who prefer to stay put in the villa. the bedrooms are also
nicely made with attached bathrooms and balconies.
if you're a close knit group of 7 or more and want to make your stay
in goa a memorable and relaxing one... think no more, this is the place
to be in! -

Mr. Madhvan has been an excellent host and the villa is just perfect for 8-10 people. The cost was nominal and the facilties were excellent. Recommend it to all those who wish to relax in Goa.

Mr Madhavan is a very nice person. The villa is amazing. Centrally located. Calangut is just 15mins, Baga another 10mins, Anjuna 15mins, Mapsa 15mins. We explored new routes and were very lucky to know how centrally located this place is to all the major beaches. The villa was very neat and clean. Pool was amazing as well. I would recommend Mr Madhavan's villa to everyone and will be coming back if and when I get time.

The beauty of this villa is its superb location- laid back yet near all the famous beaches and near the capital city of Goa. It is actually a home away from home with a beautiful swimming pool and caretaker 24x7. Good food joints are all within vicinity and just next door home made good sea-food can be ordered, if one wants to stay back home for lunch or dinner. The villa is very clean with all safety measures. Was a very good and relaxing experience.
